Walk to local restaurants, beach, harbor, downtown SB, the funk zone.
The front cottage consists of 2 bedrooms. (1 king bed, 1 queen bed).
1 bathroom with shower and tub.
Full kitchen, Living room with large TV, WIFI.
The back cottage is 1 bedroom. (Queen bed).
1 bathroom with shower and tub.
Full kitchen & Living Room with TV & WIFI.
The backyard separates the two cottages, there is a BBQ, outdoor shower,
fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating and lighting.
There is laundry on site.
Street parking only! We provide two parking passes for your stay.About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
