Soggiorno di lavoro, meraviglioso. Pur essendo veramente enorme ho trovato una cura molto attenta al cliente. Camera comodissima con balconcino e seduta, piena di accessori: bollitore, smart tv a 60', casse tv; doccia molto ampia. Piscina grande con lettini e gazebo, accesso diretto alla spiaggia con lettini fronte mare. Personale ovunque gentilissimo e sorridente. Credo il miglior albergo in cui sia mai stata; ma la qualità si paga e dubito che potrei tornarci a mie spese.

Genuinely the most amazing place!! Food is phenomenal, there’s so much choice and I promise you now you’ll never be hungry, drinks flowing all day long too. The entertainment in the evening is class, we enjoyed Kareoke, live singers, pool Zumba and so much more. Staff are amazing, special shout out to Marta… the loveliest woman we had so much fun with her. We will DEFINITELY come back!! Thank you to all the staff you have been amazing !!

Visited end April 2023 with my 72 year old mum and my sister. Arrived at the apartments which is only a 10 minute drive from the airport, we arrived early so our room was not ready however they did have the room ready an hour earlier than the check in, the lady at reception was lovely. She actually came to look for us to let us know the room was ready early. The room was a little dated (bathroom was modern) the terrace also was facing a wall but it was very clean which is all that matters to us. The reception, communal areas and pool were very modern and very clean. All the staff were very nice especially the girls serving round the pool area and restaurant. The owner and I think its his son were also very nice to us. Food & drinks were lovely and very well priced. The location is 10/10 absolutely amazing right on the beach. We also ventured to Ibiza town round the marina which is more lively in April as only a handful of places open in Playa d En Bossa in April. there is a taxi rank right next door to the apartments and a taxi to old town was only about 12 euro each way. I would highly recommend these apartments! Thank you to all the staff we had a wonderful stay!

Stayed at the Paradiso Art Hotel with friends (8 of us) beginning of May 2024 and we had a great stay. Rooms were lovely and beds/pillows comfy. Only gripe I had was I couldn’t get a kettle or a late check out but other than this it was a great place to stay and I would recommend. Staff were lovely and a big thanks to Bruno on reception for his help. Breakfast was lovely and pleased to see complimentary water in fridge on arrival (as we arrived late and shops were closed). Toiletries were good - but ladies it’s only shampoo and shower gel (no conditioner). I did use hairdryer but it took a long time so would bring my own next time. Our room also used the iron from reception. Pool and venue just beautiful - the art just fantastic along with room zero. On check out we had to use the shower room in its sister hotel a short walk from hotel. Would be better to have designated shower/change area in hotel so if management could look into this I’m sure all guests would appreciate this to make the stay more pleasant. The cocktails & vibe in pool area with DJ was excellent.

Nico, cande, luisina in animazione sono stati bravi, molto intrattenenti, buona posizione di fronte al mare, molti servizi a disposizione, yoga alla mattina, acqua gym al pomeriggio e tante serate, serata karaoke la migliore anche quiz game molto bello e interessante per tutti. Grazie mille ci vediamo l’anno prossimo

La struttura è bella,nuova, ben arredata con ampi spazi esterni e nelle camere...quelli comuni un po meno.Infatti la piscina più vicina al mare è piccola e più scenica che funzionale,la piscina ”più grande” ha una temperatura di acqua fredda ed il pomeriggio si ombreggia presto ed essendo in quell'ora molto frequentata si arriva ad addossarsi in massa verso le vetrate;quella dei bambini è quasi totalmente all'ombra! Vari lettini non sono in buone condizioni (ho visto anche cadere qualcuno all'improvviso). C'è un bar a ridosso ma è tutto a pagamento (anche l'acqua). La zona dedicata ai pasti comprende anche una porzione esterna dove sarebbe più piacevole effettuare ad esempio la colazione ma è in proporzione nettamente più piccola rispetto al resto. Bisogna affidarsi alla fortuna per l'assegnazione delle stanze...io essendoci stata per motivi lavorativi (ed eravamo più di 50 persone) ho avuto modo diretto di confrontarmi sulla vivibilità/bellezza di varie ed in varie ale della struttura. La divisione degli spazi interni è molto discutibile specie quella dedicata all'area lavaggio e/o bagno (una porta per wc,una porta per doccia,lavandino davanti al letto e mancanza di bidet). Nei balconi e nelle esposizioni più che mai si pregiudica tutto il soggiorno. Io ho avuto in assegnazione la stanza 248 al secondo piano,con di fronte motori (di non so che) rumorosissimi che hanno seriamente compromesso il mio sonno (gli infissi sono pesantissimi da aprire/chiudere ed avendo lasciato il balcone aperto la prima notte non ho chiuso occhio!!!) La NEGATIVITA ASSOLUTA è la responsabile receptionist PALOMA che è stata totalmente incapace di gestire l'importante e disagiosa mia ”malesperienza camera”,per giunta nei primi due giorni sono scesa al mattino liberando la camera dalle valigie (con tutto ciò che comporta il farle e disfarle) affidandomi ingenuamente a sue ”promesse” di cambio stanza mai avvenute. Addirittura il terzo giorno arbitrariamente (senza preavviso)ho subito l'occupazione della suddetta stanza con un check out mai effettuato da me ritrovandomi a dover trascorrere il resto del soggiorno al piano terra in prossimità della reception. Non auguro a nessuno incontri di personale così incompetenti. Una valida,gentilissima ed assai disponibile facente parte dello staff è la Signorina Roberta,italiana,ed assai vicina a tutte le richieste dei clienti (dal pane quando mancava,dalla preparazione del caffè, ed anche per spiegazioni e pasti per celiaci).

Ok appartamento in un ottimo luogo a Ibiza. Passeggiare a grandi club è fantastico se questo è quello che stai guardando fare, ma anche il rumore costante - dalle 11 alle 3:00 ogni giorno. Ma si aspetta quando a Ibiza. L'appartamento stesso era buono.Grande e spazioso, ma sicuramente bisogno di aggiornamenti. Il condizionamento d'aria era operativo, ma fuga dopo essere stato in uso per qualche ora, quindi abbiamo dovuto spostarci. La doccia non è stata affatto pulita, quindi si sta continuamente girando il tappo per evitare l'inondazione di tutta la camera da bagno. Wifi non ha funzionato, quindi non si prega di non aspettare di poterlo usare. Anche il servizio di dati mobile è stato terribile, a meno che non sia fuori o sul balcone. La piscina era sorprendente, ma anche un po' irritante che la secutità fosse buona con gli ospiti che usavano la piscina all'inizio della mattina dopo una notte fuori (rumore inutile al cima del club alto proprio davanti all'appartamento).
