Hotel con piscina a Sanibel

Non ho ricevuto la camera che ho prenotato (sotto letto di divano), non c'era molto privacy, come ci siamo messi sopra il lobby, ogni volta le ombre erano aperte alla luce del sole, tutti che arrivavano possono entrare. Quando siamo arrivati, la nostra stanza era di 50 gradi e il nostro bambino era congelato, abbiamo dovuto dormire per la prima volta (e spero per l'ultima volta) per tenerla calda. Le loro scuse erano che non è mai freddo in Florida, ma che non è vero, ho vissuto in Florida prima e ho sempre tenuto un riscaldatore per quelle notti fredde meno comuni ma attese in inverno. Ho pagato oltre $500 per notte per questo.
