Il check-in in hotel è stato molto piacevole, il ragazzo che ha fatto il check-in alla reception è stato molto paziente e premuroso, non capivamo la lingua, quindi ha potuto tradurre tramite il suo cellulare, il che è stato davvero fantastico. Anche il servizio di ristorazione dell'hotel è molto soddisfacente, ogni cameriere è WeChat e non pretenzioso. L'hotel ha una bellissima vista lungo la costa, puoi vedere il cielo al tramonto e di notte ci sono spettacoli locali. Tutto sommato, è stata una buona esperienza.

Second time for us to stay here this hotel! This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help! We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason! -friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart! -spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge -Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels! -spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day! Thank you for the another beautiful stay and we will definitely come back!!

We had an amazing time away, the resort was everything we could have asked for. Great variety of food, drinks and places to go away from the children. Live music every night and wonderful smiling faces around the resort. They couldn’t be more helpful. We would definitely return.

The food and drinks were way too overpriced and not that good quality. Outdoor furniture of the balconies were old and not well maintained.

Perfect trip for us

Пожалуй лучший отель на Фиджи. Все классно, удобно, понятно. Бассейны с навесами, поесть/попить все есть. Далековато от аэропорта только. Еще вернемся

房間非常好，景色無敵，天氣也非常好，温度舒適宜人。客房服務也很及時，基本隨叫隨到，有什麼要求都可以滿足。餐廳一般，人多的時候可能兼顧不來，天天吃他們的餐廳有些折磨啊，離市區又遠，去城裡吃飯不方便，但是景色真的太美了，所以所有不足都可以忽略。如果來斐濟諸島，洲際的海景和沙灘絕對秒殺其他denarau大牌酒店，餐食也相對好些，衹是交通不便利。記的定樓上的房間，樓下相對較吵，海景套房二樓絕對是不二之選，打開房間，客房服務員説我這一間是景色最好的酒店房間。哈哈。 不要參見沙灘上的拉客遊覽和按摩，體驗極差。

沙灘很漂亮，沙灘上騎馬不知什麼情況象是私人做，價格隨意開，房間有工作人員直接闖進來問要不要叫醒服務，嚇得不輕。餐食有點不習慣。

房間不錯，熱帶雨林氣候會感覺有些潮濕，但是可以開空調和風扇。景色優美。有24h的room service包括送餐服務等等，方便快捷。在度假村內有接駁車bula bus接送。整個度假村有三個餐廳可以選擇。沙灘不大，一般。但對於我們度假形式而言已然足夠。服務人員態度都非常好。

服務是真的很好。房間一天來打掃了兩次。 不過房間內部的洗手枱上有沒擦掉的水漬，感覺房間的床單有點潮。整體的衞生感覺沒有國內那麼那麼乾淨。 早餐晚餐自助不錯，午餐單點的東西和飲品好難吃。不過泳池旁邊點的炸雞很多汁很好吃，可以點點試試。

一般般。特別是咖啡，一言難盡。

是一個離機場很遠的酒店，整體服務在三星左右，自帶三個餐廳酒吧早餐選擇不多，帶上家人泡泡賓館四五天曬曬太陽，遊游泳還可以
