Niente da eccepire sull'ospitalità e sulla qualità del cibo. Siamo stati due notti al Centara ma, inaspettatamente, la seconda mattina abbiamo ricevuto morsi di pulci dappertutto. Fortunatamente non abbiamo avuto bisogno di restare un'altra notte.

La stanza che ci era stata assegnata era troppo spaventosa e non ci saremmo mai più tornati... Quando siamo entrati, abbiamo pensato che l'ambiente naturale fosse piuttosto bello... Abbiamo deciso di restare un'altra notte, quindi ci è stato chiesto di cambiare stanza, dicendo che la nostra camera era già stata prenotata. Quindi abbiamo accettato di cambiare camera, ma quando siamo arrivati ​​in un'altra stanza... abbiamo trovato impronte insanguinate sul letto. Siamo andati alla reception e, nonostante ci avessero detto gentilmente di cambiare le lenzuola ... Ma poi non ho accettato di continuare a vivere, e la reception ci ha riportato alla nostra casa precedente... solo per scoprire che avevamo La stanza prenotata non era stata prenotata... Più tardi, probabilmente perché avevano paura che il nostro conflitto aumentasse, hanno mandato una piccola torta perché guarda caso era il compleanno di mio marito... Non sapevo cosa dire, ma ho deciso di cancellare la prenotazione per il giorno dopo.

Dirò solo che non sceglierò mai più una loro struttura. Detto questo, prendi la tua decisione.

Ho soggiornato qui per 8 notti, la posizione era bella, il servizio era scadente nel complesso e l'atteggiamento del personale era pessimo nei nostri confronti, la pulizia della camera era scarsa con polvere, i servizi erano ok anche se la piscina per bambini era sotto la media.

Overall, It is great place to stay. Breakfast buffet is nice I personally love sourdough bread. Also, here's a yoga/stretching class at 8am by the beach for free...feel free to attend It is that great 10/10.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel ! Highly recommend, the location is incredible with a direct access to the beach. The staff is very helpful and provides a lot of amenities.

Good location and facilities. Quiet resort for families.

First time book this hotel but many time visited koh chang. Hotel location is not really good in term of beach area. It is in between the exit point of a small cannel so whenever i want to get to the sea, i need to walk to the near by hotel to enter the cleaner water. Staff and service are excellent. Breakfast quality is pretty decent compare to other hotels that im visiting.

The best beach on KonChang

All is ok. It was 5th time spending in the hotel. The hotel is good, but became a little bit old, some renovation required.
