The people at the reception desk at check in were pleasant and helpful. This hotel is a very interesting structure with a 3story atrium . Excellent construction but unfortunately the size causes echos and one noisy person on speakerphone can disturb everyone. The room was large and spotless with a very comfortable bed. We had a drink at the bar before dinner, which we had booked and pre paid for, the waiter was friendly and efficient. We went in to the restaurant and were given what appeared to be the bar menu. We asked and were reluctantly given the dinner menu. At that point the person at the next table began coughing continuously so we moved to another table. It was ages before somebody came to get our drinks order and another wait before they took our food order. The food was mediocre generally but the cheesecake I ordered for dessert was a savoury cheese tart not a sweet cheesecake. They replaced it but then had trouble figuring out how to bill us for the already paid for meal. There was a waitress who never seemed to do anything and a waiter who appeared to wish he was elsewhere. The staff at checkout were too busy chatting to take much notice of patrons. A very nice hotel but a crook more suited to a fast food franchise

Buongiorno sono appena andata via da questo albergo. 22/05/2023 . Struttura a 4 passi dal centro camere grandi bagno grande con vasca e buona pulizia. Colazione buona e servizio colazione buono l’omino della colazione molto simpatico. Solo una pecca importante non siamo riusciti a riposare !!!! Stanze rumorose sia di giorno che di notte abbiamo dovuto battere il muro della vicina di stanza più volte per farla smettere di fare rumore. Non ne aveva colpa perché struttura monto datata e stanze vecchie da rimodernare. Peccato vacanza rovinata!!!!

Hemos parado a comer en el restaurante a sido un desastre total ,primero hay letreros con el precio de menú, cuando entras no hay menú, solo en exposición algunos postres y bollería, la comida se tiene que pedir con carta ,de las cuatro personas que éramos una a cogido una ensalada y los otros tres (dos de ellos menores )pechugas con patatas ,nuestra sorpresa llega al traer los platos ,los filetes son congelados (tipo comida rapida),al empezamos a comer y nuestra sorpresa a sido que solo tenía los bordes hechos ,por dentro todo crudo y soltaba caldo de carne cruda congelada ,cuestión que e llevado el plato para avisar ,henos salido todos con mucho asco y mal cuerpo,no aconsejo para nada comer ahí, para lo que cuesta y la calidad que dan mejor ir a otro sitio o incluso a restaurantes de comida rápida es lo mismo ,más bueno y por la mitad de precio,nunca más volveré.

Da provare … meglio che consigliare . Dovrei minimo utilizzare 200 caratteri x il commento…. Non servono. Se il giudizio è molto Positivo. Ma se proprio devono essere 200. POSITIVO AL 1000x 1000. Ora a Voi…. Futuri viaggiatori.

- Ciao, signore. Abbiamo passato un bel soggiorno, L'hotel è molto carino in generale. Con una grande sala e diversi posti per sedersi per bere o posare. Un bar con prezzi accessibili, un ristorante e una piscina completa questo hotel. Pequeno bemol questo hotel ha una sala sportiva ma non si può accedere a questo dovrebbe essere chiamato un coach che dovrete cercare e pagare voi stessi. E' cosi' che non serve a niente. Très dommage.

Hotel con buona posizione, davanti alla spiaggia, buon servizio e buon colazione

Grande posizione e bel hotel. Problema non c'è abbastanza rumore nelle camere. È possibile sentire altre persone camminare per la stanza quando c'è qualcuno fuori. Il personale è gentile e il colazione è corretto. Nel complesso buono.

I'm trying to work out the target customers for this hotel due to its location. It's out of the town (Santa Pola), situated next to the N-332 (busy north-south coast road), and on the edge of a retail park. As a result it has no room for facilities (outdoor pool, tennis courts, etc.) although it's new so everything is up to date. Rooms have a large balcony which I guess would be nice in summer. That's about it. Even the bar is a solitary tap in the hotel lobby - no separate area. Breakfast was standard but no complaints. The retail park has various eating and drinking places - KFC, Burger King, other burger places, various bars - but I didn't find a real Spanish one. Quite a lot were closed as it was out of season. For those familiar with the UK I thought it was very like a Premier Inn or Travelodge and a 4* rating is misleading. I'm thinking it's really an airport hotel so not for a long stay.
