Great place to stay!!

定酒店還是要定大品牌的，像洲際這類，昨天住這家的海景套房，瞎説我沒定，説中文他看不懂，等我出示英文確認函，才很不情願的道歉，幫我換[摳鼻]，11點要退房，延遲退房要加錢，mini club還要裝把鎖，給鑰匙，不知道還有這鐘設計🤓反正一上來就説我肯定不是定了海景房，也不願意去查，感覺很差，像坑人的。還好我英文好，要是英文不好的，真是有理説不清了

晚上到的，有點冷，房間裏有老式壁爐，沒有用，主要還沒冷到那個程度。酒店房間對着太平洋，第二天早上看到風景很美。離herts古堡和看象海豹的地方都很近。

房間有些舊，但是接待入住的員工非常熱情。酒店的風景和位置都非常好，旁邊10分鐘車程的地方有海象灘，可以看到一大片海象。

房間感覺乾淨，設施不怎麼樣，服務還算熱情。

The location of this motel is stunning. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was friendly. However, our room was kind of grungy. The carpet and bathroom were grimy. There was no microwave and the mini fridge was locked. We could hear noises from the rooms on both sides. I wouldn't stay here again, given the prices they're charging.

Stayed here for out wedding and it is amazing. We got our upgrade and we got a great room. The staff is so nice everyone was so nice

Stayed in the deluxe section right off the bluff which is what one pays for. The rooms are similar to the others (we’ve stayed there over ten times). Difference is deluxe offers a large tub. Rooms need an update, same furniture as 20 yrs ago. Internet spotty in room 274. No extra charge for pets which is the draw for us. Dining was average from onsite restaurant and delivery prompt. On off season many shops/restaurants are closed or open later in the day.

Excellent location, right on the water. Easy parking, nice grounds. Restaurant on site is very good.

The rooms need some updating. The carpet in the rooms are disgusting. Nothings available to eat after 9 PM with amenities ocean view that is great

This hotels location is fantastic being right at the ocean front. The staff seemed lovely and the amenities were exactly as advertised. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved this place! Right on the beach and 2 heated pools wiith a hot tub! Kids were in HEAVEN! Not every day you get to wake up and look out the door at an AMAZING ocean view with firepits and a bottle of sparkling wine!!

The view from our room was beautiful! We also enjoyed the fireplace since it rained most of the weekend we were there.
