The Hotel was centrally located. Staff was outstanding. From the time you walked in to the time you departed. Restaurant on the 2nd floor was outstanding with the view and food was very good. Drinks on the patio at night was very nice. Rooms were very spacious.

This was our first time in San Sebastian. I normally do extensive research when it comes to hotels, but given the international brand name, I figured this was a slam dunk. Well, I was right. Hotel Nobu was a NoDuh as far as we were concerned. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and this was our last of three countries we were visiting. It was our favorite by the way. We do want to give a shout out to Amaya, Nefer, Isidoro (Isi), Marta and Danielle. ALL amazing staff who were so attentive, friendly and really went the extra mile to make us feel spoiled. We had a rough time getting to Spain and they, in their own ways, wanted us to feel special and appreciated so we want them to know we appreciate that. To wrap this up, I would say you are moronic for not staying at Hotel Nobu if you come to this area. It is a small 17 room hotel where you do not see children (which we loved) and it is quiet, elegant and classy. I recommend a suite with an ocean view and advise you speak to one of the people named in this review. We hope to see them again.

The hotel is okay, it’s over priced for the level of service you get (and location). We were not blown away by the service. The location is a bit far from where you want to be (eg Parte Vieja). In summary, nothing amazing about the hotel justified the high price point. But the rooms are nice!

Staff and property was absolutely amazing would highly recommend to anyone. Great knowledge of surroundings and heritage of the Basque people friendly, personable, willing to go to any length to provide a great experience. Please try this for yourselves

Amazing stay In very luxurious hotel. Staff room location etc all amazing. Such a perfect fantastic stay. Can’t recommend it enough! My spouse and I had a beautiful stay. Room was absolutely beautiful. I can’t think of a. Better place to stay in San Sebastián. Thanks to the wonderful staff!

Pics of two delicious Nobu breakfasts. Memorable dining. Memorable views. Exceptionally quiet, calm, and relaxing. Breakfast was included with the room and included juice, fresh fruit, bread basket, espresso, coffee, or tea along with an a la carte menu featuring Nobu/Matsuhisa takes on breakfast classics like a Matsuhisa Benedict as well as Basque inspired dishes like pan tomate y jamon iberica.

What a beautiful hotel. Nobu Hotel is small - 17 rooms - well-appointed, and oh so comfortable. From the location overlooking Kontxa bay to the music in the terrace and lobby to the design and furnishings, Nobu exudes cool and calm. Our rooms and the terrace restaurant - open for breakfast, lunch, and drinks - overlooked the bay. It’s a short walk to San Sebastian’s beautiful beach with swimming platforms and kayaks for rent. The breakfasts! You haven’t lived until you’ve had a Matsuhisa Benedict. Or Nobu’s version of pan con tomate y jamon iberica. Plates of fresh fruit. Baskets of breads and croissants. Omelettes made to order. The menu at Nobu restaurant, which was open for dinner, matched Nobu and Matsuhisa stateside. The staff is attentive and accommodating. We just returned home, but are looking forward to our next visit already.

We dined at Nobu on our recent trip. We started with pre dinner drinks on their terrace during sunset. Dispite the service a little slow, was a great start to the event. We opted for set menu due to the size of our party. As we had both veggies and a vegan in our party, they managed to deliver on some amazing dishes Overall we were pleasantly surprised for a chain.
