Elegante hotel, non in centro città ma ai margini. Si può arrivare in città vecchia facendo a piedi 1,5 km. Stanze ampie, ben arredare e bagni funzionali ed eleganti. Molte stanze non hanno però finestre “usabili” e d’estate l’aria condizionata è molto forte è difficile da regolare.

Ho soggiornato due notti pagando 700 euro. Esperienza pessima. Mancavano le salviette in bagno. Il secondo giorno non mi hanno pulito la camera nonostante fosse stata libera 5 ora la mattina e chiesto appositamente fino a che ora me l’avrebbero sistemata. Cosa peggiore mi sono sentito dire volevo frodare 40 euro di posteggio quando gli ho detto che avendo il telepass si era pagato in quel modo e non con il prepagato all hotel. Salvo solo la colazione e il suo concept plastic free.

Prezzi altissimi per un servizio sicuramente NON da hotel 4 stelle. Assenza di personale. La gestione è tutta in mano a una sola persona che deve fare reception e assistenza alle camere. Assurdo in generale, ancora di più per un hotel 4 stelle. Ho fatto presente i disservizi durante il soggiorno e nonostante questo, non è stato fatto nulla per recuperare. Le receptionist che si turbano sono abbastanza cordiali e disponibili, ma è evidente che siano loro stesse in difficoltà nel gestire tutto. Vi sconsiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questo hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our 10 month old. The rooms are spacious and stylish and the service impeccable. We loved the facilities offered and it was in a good location for us - right next to the train station and walking distance to the beach yet far enough away to feel as if you were getting a real taste of Donostia. We asked for a cot for our daughter and this was set up when we arrived. They even provided a rubber duck for her to play with. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed there for one night in May 2024. We were extremely disappointed with the level of finishing in the room. The grouting was very mouldy in the shower. The toilet flush leaked for a while after each use. One of the side lamps was broken, the other dusty. The paint/ wood decor was chipped on the desk and the toilet brush. The wall paint heavily marked. The room definitely fell far below our expectations - considering the price and the fact that this is supposed to be a four star hotel. We stayed there on Friday night. It is now Sunday and the full cost of the room has been debited twice ( we paid online on their website and were asked to pay again upon check out - while told that we would be reimbursed for the first debited full charge). A very disappointing experience.

This place has such enormous potential-- the rooms are modern and spacious, with lovely high ceilings. The location is terrific. BUT-- the staff is almost laughably indifferent. The rooms bizarrely lack basic amenities-- like water glasses! It would take so little to bring everything up a notch-- why NOT have tea/coffee making facilities in each room for example? Another tip-- avoid the basement breakfast restaurant at all costs-- it is dark windowless and depressing with surly service and a complicated system of stuffing all the food in jars . The Museum's cafe, Taba, is also on-site and far nicer.

For the money we really couldn’t fault the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. It is about 15-20 min walk to the old town but we knew that when we booked.

A nice hotel near the station. Quite a trendy slightly quirky hotel. The room was large with a king sized bed. Storage not particularly adequate. Small bar fridge, tv , wifi and coffeemaker.Breakfast was a new concept of everything measured portions displayed in jars ! The idea being to cut down waste foods and reduce plastic.

bit far from town centre.(better to use bus to get there) but very new and clean hotel with reasonable price.

Excellent location while arriving at the local Train / Bus station. Quiet and comfortable. Very nice toiletries provided by staff.

The property is very cute and particular, very hipster, although very expensive rate per night considering the (not) services you get. Breakfast in jar is a nice concept and all products were very good quality. Room had tiny windows, so little light but Bed was very comfortable. we had issues with bed linens (poor conditions) that were changed promptly. The shower kept getting clogged, terrible cleaning condition of the door finishing….. We got Connecting rooms so make sure to ask for another option! Loud noises coming from the other guests entering and leaving the next door room, tiny walls. Gym is dirty, extremely humid, smell of mildew and underground so no light again. No one cleaned it or sanitizes it after usage, not even housekeeping. Unfortunately no compensation of any kind was given at check out, just a brief apology, as the reservation was made on ******* and not directly with them.

Nothing like the website! Rooms are not what they seem. Ours had a window so high we did not see outside… felt like a glorifies prison. Tried to get a water from the fridge - beware at €300 there is no complimentary water - and it was not possible as the fancy water at €3 needed a bottle opener and none is provided! The entrance is so confidential you might miss it, Waze certainly did. Which is the best that can happen, give it a miss! A good point: the night staff was friendly.

Beautiful rooms in the same building as a cultural centre / cafe within easy walking distance of the city centre. Would have liked tea / coffee facilities in the room but otherwise perfect
