InterContinental San Salvador - Metrocentro Mall My husband and I stayed here November 2021 for our anniversary. The hotel is in a perfect location with direct access to the Metrocentro Mall and many other things to do in this amazing city. The staff and front desk were extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and very equipped with social distancing signage and hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. Room: My husband and I are InterContinental Ambassadors, so we received a guaranteed upgrade. The room itself had a wonderful view of the city and the Metrocentro Mall. It still remained super quiet in spite of the close proximity to the shopping centers. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern, and the shower/tub had great water pressure. My only complaint was that the water temperature often varied from lukewarm to hot depending on the time of day. Onsite Dinning: The onsite restaurants were okay for last minute dinning, but nothing was memorable considering the price. During our stay, we dined at the Faisca do Brasil and Picasso. The other restaurant Nau lounge was closed during our stay. Again, if you are looking for better fine-dining options, try Brutto El Salvador, La Gastroteca, or La Melangerie. In addition, do not be afraid to dine at some of the delicious local restaurants in the city center. Pool/Gym/Spa: The pool and gym were both small but workable and the spa services were magnificent and really great for the value. My masseuse was magnificent, and the spa treatments were PERFECT! Just make sure you book your treatments upon arrival because spa slots fill up quickly. Overall, the hotel made our stay in San Salvador extremely comfortable. I do believe that while some improvements to the dining options can be made, the hotel overall is quite solid and the hotel’s location cannot be beat. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniente ubicación. Si se presenta un inconveniente te lo resuelven con una sonrisa. En cuanto a las habitaciones estas son cómodas, limpias y poseen lo necesario para un hospedaje; a pesar de tener un menú limitado sus desayunos son muy buenos y el servicio al cliente es excelente.

Fatevi un favore e non rimanere in questo hotel. Ho dovuto cambiare le camere due volte. La camera da letto era cattiva, la seconda aveva una letto abominabile. Nella terza stanza, l’ac non funzionava l’ultimo giorno.Inoltre, il ferro aveva tutte le parti, quindi era impossibile regolare la temperatura. Inoltre, quando puliscono la mia stanza, la custode mette il mio sapone e la spugna sul toaletto che ha fatto perché non ha dovuto toccare le mie cose igienico-sanitarie personali in primo luogo. È brutto. Per favore non rimanere in questo hotel. Purtroppo, gli altri hotel della città erano pieni a causa delle vacanze. I dipendenti dell'hotel non sono amici. E' una terribile esperienza. Ho allegato una foto del ferro per vedervi che non aveva la parte per regolare la temperatura. Inoltre, una foto che mostra che l'AC non funziona anche se chiedo di ripararlo. Il ragazzo dell'hotel non ha fatto niente. Non potevo attaccare il video dell'AC non funziona.

Il posto era buono, il piccolo caldo, la stanza era molto decente, come mai vorrei poter avere un altro sedile. L'unico piccolo problema era quando ho ordinato il colazione, ci sono voluti un po' più di 30 minuti per arrivare al mio tavolo, ho dovuto anche venire alla ricezione per chiedere perché il mio colazione era così lungo e mi hanno detto che non hanno sentito la campana da La cucina che indicava che il mio cibo era pronto, a parte quello, mi piace. Il prezzo è molto accessibile, il luogo è in una posizione molto buona, quindi non c'è troppo traffico né rumore.
