We stayed at the Nayara Atacama resort for 3 nights as a family of four. Overall, I liked it enough and don’t have any terrible complaints, however I rate it a 4 out of 5 since it could be a lot better. The property is beautifully situated. It is near the town of San Pedro, and close to many excursion sites. The hotel certainly offers lots of options to take advantage of this. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Excursions were great with the tour guides being very helpful and entertaining. Most of the time we were on our own with a tour guide for excursions. Why a 4, not a 5? We felt like there were a lot of little things that were annoying - and it added up. In fact, I would rate it lower if it weren’t for the fact that every single staff member has done an amazing job. The team just makes such a huge difference. Any request or question - they were all immediately happy to help. First, a fairly minor point -- you are essentially forced to book your excursions before you even see the room. After a long day of flights / travel, that’s not ideal. I recommend that you contact them ahead of time and figure out what you want your schedule to be - because there are many options. Second, the meal times are completely out of sync with both excursions and the spa schedule. For example, first half day excursions all end at around 12:30 but lunch doesn’t get served until 1:30. So you get back tired after a trip and have to wait for an hour to get food. The worst part was at dinner - we had to rush through our meal (only starts at 7:30) to make the 8:20 astronomy hike. We saw several other families doing the same and complaining that it was difficult to finish a meal in 50 minutes. And the spa closes at 9, which means you can’t ever go after dinner. Yes, there is a limited bar menu but we just found all of the scheduling to be incredibly inconvenient. This is especially true for kids. It would be such a simple fix to extend the meal times and create a more relaxing mealtime atmosphere for everyone, instead of adhering to a random and rigid schedule. Third - and this is the biggest negative -- my kids were utterly disappointed with the pools. These were probably the worst hotel pools we’ve seen, unfortunately. They are super tiny - and all but one are freezing cold. One of them was getting redone while we were there (and the smell from construction was strong) and the only heated pool was dirty and they kept trying to clean it… but it was pretty green. I think it is fine if adults just want to relax by the pool (in which case there are plenty of quiet and secluded spots) but if you are traveling with kids, it is just not the place for swimming. That isn’t great because kids get tired on excursions and a nice dip in the afternoon would be perfect. I probably wouldn't have booked this resort if I knew about the pool situation. Hotel fantastico - belle camere (avevamo il piccolo doppio e era più che bello per entrambi) e tutte le aree bellissimi. Il personale era così utile e amichevole, soprattutto Raul, il cui consiglio e raccomandazioni erano invalutabili. Solo un piccolo sconto non era avere un ristorante sul posto, ma ci sono così tanti posti buoni entro 5 minuti a piedi che non importa davvero (di nuovo, davvero buone raccomandazioni fatte!) Proprio nel centro di San Pedro (attualmente dietro la chiesa) ma si sentiva molto sicuro, e letteralmente a pochi minuti dai negozi, dal mercato, dai ristoranti e dagli agenti di escursione. Il pranzo era buono - uova una opzione per il buffet; OJ fresco su richiesta e accesso al caffè ecc ogni volta che era necessario. Siamo stati 3 giorni e consigliamo molto questo hotel. Grazie per averci guardato così bene.

Buona esperienza in ostello! Ci siamo fermati per 4 giorni e 3 notti nel loft. Molto comodo spazio, letti. Ci sono stati sconvenienti con la doccia perché l'acqua non usciva caldo, solo tibia-gelato e c'è stato un giorno che non usciva acqua nel bagno. Inoltre, il tetto era abbastanza freddo e il riscaldatore non riusciva a svolgere la funzione. Janna e Felipe erano disposti ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento, ciò che non era un'esperienza disgustosa, al contrario, sempre soddisfatte le nostre esigenze con la migliore atteggiamento. Nonostante i disturbi, lo consiglio molto per la posizione, la cortesia e lo spazio.

Grace at reception was extremely welcoming and kindly took our bags to look after and showed us to the restaurant overlooking the beautiful pool area which was really relaxing. The transfer arrived slightly early so they wrapped the food up for us to take and we enjoyed at the airport. Highly recommend the pulled pork wrap! Everything was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed and it made you want to pull out a book and just relax. I would definitely stay a few days after a trip to the salt flats next time!

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno presso il Nostro Habitas Atacama. Questo è un luogo assolutamente bello, con una vibrazione che spruzza la famiglia e la comunità nel modo migliore possibile. Il personale era così incredibilmente amichevole e utile, in modo che mi faceva sentire come se fossero miei amici e non facessero i loro ”compiti di personale”. ”Ho avuto un soggiorno così meraviglioso... Ho prenotato un lavoro di allineamento chakra/massaggio/energia con Valesca e mi sono sentito TRANSFORMATO in seguito. Era uno dei migliori massaggi della mia vita. Era assolutamente incredibile. Arrivai presto (ben prima dell’iscrizione) e Carolina, una delle persone del servizio frontale, era così dolce, faceva tutto il possibile per portarmi in una stanza il più presto possibile, che era una bella stanza con una terrazza sul tetto per la notte. Non volevo mai lasciare la proprietà, in realtà, anche se ci sono tante cose meravigliose da fare in Atacama! Tutti i dipendenti erano super attenti e amichevoli altri punti di vista inclusi Oscar, uno dei più affascinanti e conosciuti personale che ho incontrato in qualsiasi hotel, ovunque; Cristobal, il manager della comunità che ha programmato la mia visita e ora mi sento come uno di Mii amici, Camila che ha condiviso un super segreto punto di vista della stella sulla proprietà; Sebastian, Kenny voi due siete meravigliosi, anche! Ho letto da altri ospiti che pensavano che le camere fossero inconfortabili e calde. Sono andato durante il calore record e quando ho chiesto un fan, era nella mia stanza entro 15 minuti, e era tranquillo! Inoltre, ho trovato i letti incredibilmente confortevoli e le camere piacevoli, ma soprattutto, quello che vorrei tornare a questa idea che a Habitas, si sente davvero curato e un senso di amicizia e famiglia. Certamente ripresero'.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are all incredibly friendly and contribute to the relaxed vibe of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, they don’t have AC but a large fan kept the room cool enough. There is no kettle in the room but there is a 24 hour tea and coffee making station in reception. The pool area is a great place to cool down from the hot desert. The hotel is situated on the edge of town and is very quiet during the night but only a short walk into town for shops, bars etc. However the hotel restaurant is fantastic and had a very reasonably priced menu which included excellent vegetarian food. There is also a lovely shaded terrace to relax with a drink. The best meals I had in Chile were here. If you are in San Pedro stay here!

An oasis in the desert. Forget the hustle and bustle of Caracoles street when you enter the spacious plaza of Don Raul. The place is well staffed, the room clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. A shout out to Patricio who was more than accomodating. The pool is brisk and refreshing after a day of sight seeing. Next time we go to Atacama, we are staying here.

Il check-in era semplice. Io, come non-chileno, non dovevo pagare le imposte supplementari. E'1.5km dal centro, ma non è un grande problema. Ho camminato indietro al centro, e mi sono sentito al sicuro anche alla fine della notte. La stanza era buona, il letto era duro, e c'erano tre aree di vita: all'interno, al tetto, e al tetto. Rey Lagarto ha le tipiche vibrazioni e servizi internazionali dell'albero. La principale sala per il miglioramento è stato il wifi, che era lento e instabile. Non sono sicuro che si tratti della geografia di Atacama.
