Amore questo hotel di bilancio appena aperto. La stanza era molto pulita. La stanza era moderna. Vorrei che avessero i bagni gratis, ma ero pronto per non averlo bisogno. Ma se si prevede di rimanere qui, assicurarsi di avere i bagni completi. Il wifi era buono. Non c'è problema con tutti i miei dispositivi. In generale, resterò qui di nuovo.

This was the best and smoothest hotel experience I’ve ever had by far. The friendly parking attendant greeted and assisted us to our reserved parking spot. The staff on the front desk were super nice and approachable. Everyone around is helpful and cheerful. The environment is fantastic. The hotel is new and is gorgeous. The internet connection is amazingly fast enough to do your work. The hallways smelled nice. There’s a beautiful pool and lounge area on the rooftop with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Don’t forget to bring your swimwear, you would want to swim there! The water was clean and clear. It is literally next to Araneta Coliseum. If you’re going to watch a concert, this is the perfect place to stay in. This is a 5/5 for me. I will be back.

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Novotel (solo camera, senza colazione).Il servizio era eccellente (sono stati forniti un biscotto per festeggiare il nostro compleanno, e abbiamo chiesto di controllare tardi chi accette gentilemente), la camera era pulita e il letto era comodo. Buona connessione WiFi se dovete lavorare. La posizione è grande con molti caffè, ristoranti e negozi a distanza di passeggiata. La palestra è aperta 24/7 (consente 6am-11pm) e c'è una stanza a vapore ma non l'abbiamo usata. Il gelato 1F è stato abbastanza buono! Un paio di aree per il miglioramento: - le pareti erano sottili, così potevamo sentire la gente parlare vicino alla porta, o il doccia vicino al nostro - Il nostro bagno di pioggia non ha funzionato e non c'è nessuna porta, quindi il pavimento è un po' bagnato - non ci sono molte strutture disponibili - solo lavatrice del corpo, shampoo, lavatrice della mano, lozione del corpo, torni dentali

Ralph, il direttore, è stato molto utile anche durante i tempi in cui ero ancora in Canada e cercavo di prenotare/rischedermi la prenotazione. Il personale del Front Desk è sempre stato felice e facile da rispondere ogni volta che li chiamero. Sono rimasto lì per 4 notti, ma non posso dire quanto sia stato felice di aver prenotato la mia prenotazione alberghiera con loro. Grazie.

Molto pulito e spazioso, con stazione di lavoro/desk, tutte le camere sono attrezzate per il buon lavoro, connessione WiFi buona, buon personale, posizione buona ... sì, sicuramente tornerà là!

The room is spacious, with fresh towels, beddings, and sheets that are amazingly clean and white. The WiFi is excellent! Everything you need is available. There was just a minor glitch—no conditioner was provided—but overall, it was fantastic! Price is affordable too. Jen gave us a great view of the vicinity from the 20th floor. My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It made my holiday from overseas memorable. Thanks Jen. We’ll definitely be back.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Questo era il mio hotel preferito nelle Filippine. Fino all'ultima visita in cui ci accusavamo di fumare in camera. Questo che il personale vi dice chiaramente che potete fare sul balcone. Quando si accorge, hanno visto un busta di sigaretta. In questa spazzatura, e poi mi ha fatto pagare.Un altro diecimila peso.Chiedere la politica di fumare non dice nulla che la stanza non possa avere i tacchi di sigarette e cose di questo tipo all'interno delle catene. Dopo aver interrogato il personale sulla multa, il personale mi ha sempre detto che potevi fumare sul balcone, ma non in camera, ma poi continua a trovarmi per fumare in camera, anche se il detective non ha usato il fumatore. Penso di fronte a loro che il problema è stato.E mi hanno lasciato seduto nel lobby per più di un'ora e mezza per un manager di contattare me.Anche le camere mancano di alcuni oggetti che sostengono. Hanno alcune lavastoviglie alcune non fanno. Attenzione al bagno e alla doccia sono super. Alto e super pericoloso per salire e uscire non sono sicuro chi ha progettato questo, ma devono tornare e guardare l'architettura. Per qualche motivo, la prima volta che ho visto nella mia quaranta anni di vita, qualcuno ha deciso di mettere il bagno chiuso al fondo della porta, non sono sicuro di cosa hanno deciso di fare con questo, ma anche quando ho cercato di mettere la porta a chiudere, era inchiostro. Le viste sono bellissime, ma la piscina è bella. Il bagno, però, perche' devi prendere 2 giri di ascensore per arrivare dove stai andando in giro intorno all'hotel in un vestito da bagno ... La stanza nega e il buon rumore della disposizione, ma con le recenti questioni con diecimila Peso penale per nessuna colpa del nostro personale e del personale che mi lasciano in piedi mentre correvo e non affronto la questione.Non resterò più a Oakwood.

1st the location is very nice its in the vicinity of BGC near sm aura and market market 5mins walk . 2nd the Room is very clean no insect no bed bugs its a thumbs up 3rd the room rate ia very cheap.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 4th all the staff are very accomodating  The request has been granted for the higher floor city view . 5th i expected a little bit much for the breakfast How i wish next time  would have something better like longanisa or connbeef or even bacon.   What i ate for 7am was cold food. The scrbled egg was cold the rice is cold also the .  Good thing that time they have egg section where i requested to cooked new so i could eat hot breakfast.  I highly suggest this hotel to add oven toaster in their buffet breakfast area so. Everybody can  have toast bread without waiting too long .  Surely will booked ths again 😊🥰🥰 ohh lastly, the quality of the pillow and the bed is so nice i think its EMMA  brand  so comfy!!  Very very nice  Plus points for me.   They also have bathrobe 👌🏻🥰😊 so perfect! 3rd floor for buffet swimming and gym area which i also loved.
