Es un hotel súper céntrico y lindo, excelente vista desde la alberca, el personal muy amable y el señor que te recibe el auto, es un señor grande con la mayor amabilidad del mundo y una atención excepcional, lo único malo es la parte de las tarjetas para entrar a las habitaciones, no agarran y le tienes que intentar varias veces, pongan mucha atención en eso para que se pueda solucionar !!!

Escogimos esta propiedad por el precio, esperábamos menos por lo pagado. Nuestra habitación estuvo en tiempo y forma, el personal de recepción es algo frio y no te mira a la cara, supongo por la poca experiencia. pero todo bien. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda, no presentaba ningún detalle, el baño es pequeño pero nada exagerado. Experimentamos una confusión con los tarjetones de ” no molestar ” pero nada grave. tuvimos tema solo con las toallas que no las cambiaron un día pero Miguel y su atención inmejorable lo solucionaron inmediatamente. El estacionamiento es techado, y con buena ubicación. El servicio del desayuno incluido es pequeño modesto pero esta bien variado. La atención del personal de alimentos es muy atenta. En general la propiedad es muy cómoda y bien ubicada. recomendado por su relación al precio.

We booked their two bedroom suite with a kitchenette at least kitchen at four months in advance, thinking that there may be two couples traveling together, as it turns out there were only my wife and I but we decided we would keep the two bedroom suite so we could have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views as we were there over the Mexican Independence Day celebration and being in the heart of Centro we would have lots of views of the festivities. Also, with the exchange rate, being what it was, the two bedroom suite was affordable! When we checked into the hotel, staff was a little suspicious that we had a two bedroom suite booked, and only two guests arriving , I don’t know they may have thought we were going to have a party there. They tried to talk us into their one bedroom suite, we looked at both suites and decided to keep the larger suite, they weren’t going to even adjust the room rate for the smaller suite at all, when I asked why we would take a smaller suite for the same price they offered us breakfast daily which we declined because we wanted to visit the local restaurants for breakfasts. The room with a kitchenette had zero utensils, plates or glassware stocked in the kitchen we thought maybe we needed to call for housekeeping to stock the kitchen but there was no such thing as kitchen amenities available. We had to call down to the hotel restaurant to have glassware and silverware delivered. There weren’t even small glasses in the bathrooms for toothbrushes! The amenities and the room were very sparse. the closets had no hangers. and the bedding was sparse and not exactly new. one of the showers clearly had a problem with the drain and sewer gas. It was too smelly to even use that shower. There were things in the hotel room that needed to be repaired, painted or replaced. The whole room seemed a little tired, even though it probably was renovated not that long ago. It was equipped with a smart Room system that was operated by an app that you download to your phone, it didn’t work at all!Getting the lights on and off, adjusting the air conditioning was quite a challenge every night The website boasts a description of their onsite restaurant with menus so we planned on dining there the night we arrived which was later on a Sunday night but we discovered that the restaurant was only a few tables in the lobby with very limited options- absolutely nothing like the website described, so we went out for dinner, the first two places the hotel staff recommended were closed but we found another restaurant near that was very nice!!

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool while visiting family. When I arrived, I had an easy quick check-in and room was already ready. Front desk staff was friendly. We promptly headed to the pool. Our pool time came to a quick end when we were told maintenance was about to start so we had to leave. This could have turned into a bad situation but I will give kudos to the manager Enrique. He made arrangements for the hotel to shuttle us to the other Hilton 10 mins away to use their pool. Then we were allowed to keep our room until the next day 6p so we could use the pool since it was then ready and repaired. The room itself had a beautiful view. Parking was easy onsite. We would stay again.

La limpieza en la habitación es muy mala, encuentras cabellos por todos lados, en la coladera de la regadera jamás se limpia, la regadera tiene demasiado sarro y el agua sale por todos lados, las toallas te las entregan por partes, solo dejan algunas y si no pides las toallas completas no las entregan o te las entregan muy noche, se ve que solo tienen una vuelta y son las mismas que quitan lavan y las vuelven a poner, yo llegue y no me dieron jabón, solicite jabón y toallas a las 8 PM y hasta las 11 PM que volví a solicitarlas me las entregaron, si es barato y accesible pero dejan la limpieza y accesorios sin colocar o haber.

E'una sorpresa vivere in un tale hotel a più di 400 yuan.La figura 3 qui sotto è la cattedrale di San Louis Potosi, molto bella.

Ottimo hotel per un viaggio d'affari. Camere impeccabili, letti da letto di alta qualità, WiFi veloce e ristorante accettabile, anche se un po' costoso. Parcheggio gratuito. L'hotel è organizzato intorno a un giardino, è un edificio a due piani simile a un motel nordamericano. Molto sicuro e ben curato. Fitness adeguato anche se gli apparecchi hanno già i loro anni e sono notati. Molto buona posizione sulle principali vie di accesso a SLP e a circa 10 minuti di auto dal centro storico. Personale estremamente amabile e professionale. Impeccabile gestione dei protocolli cosiddetti.
