The property is almost new, great facilities, walking distance to centro histórico. We ate at their restaurant and they have good portions and tasty food. The staff is outstanding, specially the bell boys and door men, they go out of their way to keep you comfortable, provided directions and even walk you half way to destination around the hotel to show you where restaurants are located. Our room was regular size, nothing too spacious. However, the beds and bedding were comfortable and cozy. Great stay.

Great place to stay. Only issue was key card system was down and we had to be escorted to our room and to floors with amenities

One of the most beautiful places in SLP centro, the staff was excellent and facilities well designed.
The only thing to remind is the outside noise of centro( cars and a lot of people) but is word to walk all the beautiful plazas, arquitectura, restaurants and nightlife.

Excellent except:
No parking;
Traffic and vehicle smoke can infiltrate into rooms;
In-house dining is overpriced with limited options;
Otherwise excellent;
Rooftop terrace is outstanding;
Very friendly staff;
Proximity to downtown sites.

It is a very quiet place, convenient for traveling alone, it has many places to visit nearby such as museums. What I liked least was the attention in the kitchen but I understand that there was little staff.

Too much sour sauces in food. Instead of double espresso, they serve double americano.

Great location! In the middle of the city and easy access. Lots of shopping, food, and sites to see. Would stay again!
