Hotel La Estación

The location of this hotel is PERFECT. Close to the beach and restaurants. The room was nicer than we originally anticipated and seemed a little more updated than photos we saw on the hotel's website. Very pleased with the AC! The hotel staff was kind and answered many questions before arrival and were accommodating during our stay. Would recommend!

I really enjoyed this quaint little hotel, and don't judge the hotel by its facade! It looks a bit odd on the outside and rundown, but the interior rooms are very clean, bright, spacious, and well decorated. I had my own little balcony and it is mere steps from the beach. I picked this one over the Hotel Victoria and I am overall glad I did. My only not so great comment would be that the breakfast included is served across the street at a restaurant, and while the view from there is amazing (you are right on the beach!), the breakfast itself was probably the worst I had in Nicaragua. It was edible, but I would not pay to eat there again, which is odd, as I had a dinner there the night before and it was really tasty. Anyways, the hotel was great and I would stay there again...had a mini fridge which I found really nice to have while traveling. Also, it was very quiet.

La atención al cliente es pésima, en la habitación había una secadora de pelo MALA y a la salida pretendían cobrarla. Al contactar al encargado reccionó super mal, indicaando que tienen un protocolo riguroso y que creía en SU personal . Pese a que nunca probaron los equipos de la habiatación frente a nosotros y desde que entramos estaba MALA!!! CONSEJO: No se hospeden aquí, pues el cliente NUNCA tendrá la razón! Y si lo hacen Exijan que les prueben todos los equipos en la habitación al entrar.
