The hotel was irresponsible and security was lacking. Our room was next to the terrace garden, which should not have been accessible as a common area. As there was construction, the garden could not be used during our stay due to safety issues. However, the hotel did not ensure the access door to the garden was locked. On the first night, other guests entered the garden at midnight to chat and smoke until 4am. When we asked the hotel for help, they claimed not to have seen anyone. They also did not address why the door did not lock or put up notices stating the garden was a private area. We requested an investigation and for the door to be locked the next day, allowing staff into our room for this. However, the hotel made excuses to have us close it ourselves, which we felt was irresponsible. They also promised a response but despite checking multiple times during our stay, I received nothing by checkout a week later. Please ensure proper safety and security measures are in place, even if the hotel is unmanned. Guests should not feel unsafe in their rooms or common areas.

We loved the location that many choices of restaurants/cafes and shopping could reach by walk. The washing machine is very useful so we don't need bring many clothes. It take 2-3 hours to finish the laundry. The room was too small for 4 people and we couldn't upgrade. It was difficult to chat with the tablet in the room, hard to type latin word, but agent trip.com were very helpful to manage our needs.

후쿠오카 여행 중 카페 / 편집숍 많이 가려고 다이묘 쪽으로 예약했는데 일본 숙소 협소한거 알고 있지만 너무 너무 작아요 방도 작은데 화장실은 충격 그 자체,,, 체구 작은 사람이 서서 샤워하기도 어렵고 배수도 잘 안되요 3일이라 버팀 체크인 시스템도 너무 불편하고 연박해도 객실 청소X 타올 등 어메니티는 필요한만큼 가져다 쓸 수 있으니 퀄 안좋음 체크아웃 후 짐은 7로 넘어가서 셀프 맡김 해야함 감성 숙소 , 위치 제외하고는 아쉬운 점이 많았어요 비슷한 가격대에 호텔 가는 거 추천합니다

위치는 굿, 건물을 좀 찾는데 얘 먹었고(건물5층만 숙소로활용) 방음이 안됨(일반시설을 숙소로 전환 활용), 그리고 무인으로 하고 있으며 짐보관서비스 안됨. 호텔 숙박수수료 추가입금

후쿠오카 공항이랑은 거리가 좀 있는편이구 갈아타기 빡세서 저는 숙소 바로 앞에서 택시 이용했구 출퇴근길이리 좀 막혀서 30분?정도 걸린거같아요!! 금액은 2600엔 정도나왔구 주변에 다이묘거리랑 너무 가깝고 패밀리마트,로손 있구 좀더 걸어가면 세븐도 있어요!! 근처 맛집도 은근많고 하나도 안시끄럽구 이층침대 와방 좋아요 침대 완전 푹신 베개는 실짝 아쉽지만 시원하구 뽀송하게 잠 잘자다왔습니댜! 숙소 완전 깨끗하구 치약이 너무 조만해서 아쉽,, 오늘날짜 기준 클렌징오일,샴푸,컨디셔너,바디워시 있었음 칫솔도 주긴하는데 칫솔도구는 챙기시는거 추천 텐진이랑 가까워서 하카타 에서만 노실분들은 비추고 하카타 놀고 텐진마지막에서 노는 루트여서 저희는 너무 대만족 하고갑니다!! 진짜 또가고싶어요 숙소 가성비 갑 !!

깨끗하고 좋았습니다 방음은 각각 방끼리 난다기보다는 문바깥쪽 복도같은 곳에서 나는 소리가 더 컸던거 같습니다 그리고 와이파이가 조금씩 끊기는 경향이 있어서 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다!
