Abbiamo fatto un sacco di cose a San Jose, e questa è la nostra prima volta che siamo stati al Residence Inn. Che piacere! Dopo una 7 ore di auto da Guanacaste, il parcheggio era facile, il check-in era veloce e la nostra camera era perfetta. Abbiamo scelto questo posto perché mio figlio più giovane aveva una procedura presso l'Advanced Dental e poteva andare ovunque. Il mio meccanico mi ha incontrato all'hotel e mi ha preso la macchina per un po' di tempo mentre eravamo qui perché non ne avevamo bisogno.L'hotel è ben progettato, con un personale favoloso e gentile, sempre utile. Ero così eccitato che il computer al colazione mi ha fatto un cappuccino, avresti pensato che non avessi vissuto attraverso il 90s. Colazione è deliziosa - molte opzioni super fresche da farina di ovo, omelete, croissants a gallo pinto. Stiamo certamente facendo questa nostra base per i futuri viaggi di San José.

Marriott si trova sempre bene con le cose che sono utili e importanti. Buona posizione se soggiornare a San Jose.. non proprio nel mezzo della disturbo e bussola è 20 minuti di auto per il centro. Ha tuttavia il suo cortile di ristoranti e la piazza multipla da esso così buona posizione al centro e all'aeroporto. La stanza stessa è moderna, pulita, dispone di una grande TV, macchina da caffè, buoni chiavi all'interno della porta per una sicurezza extra se si viaggia solo. Acqua calda, prodotti corporei, grande letto e ristorante decente. Inoltre, se lavori online, ha un WiFi decente e molti buoni punti da installare e accendere. Piccolo punta ottenga una camera con balcone faccia a faccia e non guardare i negozi di fronte. Bella vista poca. Il pranzo è buono con le scelte di opzioni vegetariane e vegani.

In primo luogo, se stai pensando di rimanere in questo hotel forse hai un'occhiata alle sue recensioni su prenotazione dot com dove è ha un rating 9/10 da 391 recensioni. Per qualche motivo, sembra essere minimo l'elenco su TripAdvisor. Abbiamo trascorso una notte in un gruppo di tre durante il transito attraverso San Jose. PROS - Rooms/COMMON ARES - Questa è più una casa di ospiti che un hotel. Gli spazi comuni sono particolarmente grandi - grande cucina, grande soggiorno con TV e divano, serbatoio di pesce, rifugio residenziale, piccola zona di allenamento, giardino, ecc. Sarebbe un posto particolarmente bello per qualcuno che soggiorna a San Jose per un periodo prolungato, perché si sente come una casa non un hotel. La nostra camera era anche bello. Camere confortevoli. Pulizia. Nessun aria condizionata ma San Jose è in un'altezza tale che non importa. - LOCALIZZAZIONE - C'era un magazzino di convenienza ampm a soli cinque minuti a piedi. Non troppo lontano dalla stazione di autobus - breve Uber. - WIFI - Ben funzionato. - SERVIZIO - amichevole. - SICUREZZA - periferia si sentiva al sicuro. Porta metallica all'ingresso. Camera chiusa. - VALUE - solo 43USD per la notte che era molto ragionevole. Era difficile trovare opzioni di bilancio-media gamma a San Jose. CONS - La situazione della camera da bagno è un po 'eccitante. Ci sono due docce, ma sono nella stessa stanza con un bicchiere congelato, quindi non offrono molto privacy. Quindi la gente chiude la porta per accedere entrambi e si può un po' di linea al mattino.

We have stayed at Casa Lima for years. The location is great since it is walking distance to our family's house. But this stay was not pleasant. We stayed in 2 room family suite, which we have stayed in this room type before (but received a different room). There were cobwebs everywhere throughout the 2 rooms. I am talking large, draping cobwebs in all the corners, it was dirty. These could have easily been removed with a broom. The room did not feel clean and our youngest was not comfortable. We had arrived late at night and had been communicating this to the hotel all along. It didn't seem like they were ready for us, the owner/manager was grumpy and seemed irritated when we asked for some water. The main 1st room had a double bed and a fold out couch. The bed was comfortable, the couch was not. There was a wardrobe to place your things. The fridge did not work. The adjacent room, had three twin beds, no windows. There was nowhere to put anything, no closet, no wardrobe, not even space for a suitcase. The adjoining door did not close unless you deadbolted it, not too comfy for a family with young kids. The bathoom door in the twin room didn't close at all, it would slide open, and most definitely didn't lock. The TV in that room didn't work either. We did report that the fridge didn't work, but they didn't do anything about it. The courtyard, as always, is amazing. It is like a jungle in the middle of the city with a ton of plants, trees, flowers and colorful rocks. There is a coi pond with a couple turtles and you can feed them if you ask for some food. There is also a large cage with a bunch of birds, which adds to the ambiance. The breakfast is simple, but good. The servers are awesome. I feel like the last 3 stays at this hotel have gone considerably downhill. i also feel like the price was a lot higher than we paid in the past. We will be looking for another go to hotel in the future.

Non potevamo avere un miglior benvenuto e addio a Costa Rica. Passiamo le prime e le ultime notti di un viaggio in famiglia (due adulti e due adolescenti) di poco più di una settimana per il paese. Come atterriamo e decolliamo a San José, cercavamo un buon hotel, confortevole e tranquillo per l'arrivo e prenotamo Rincon del Valle. L'esperienza è stata così buona che abbiamo deciso di sistemarci di nuovo prima di partire, così la pena la portiamo meglio. Abbiamo fatto il piu' a posto due volte: personale super amabile ed efficiente, strutture costanti migliorate, letti comodi e colazione eccellente (la prima colazione in Costa Rica, tipica del paese, non poteva essere più appropriato). E abbiamo fatto un po' di bicicletta e cintura per combattere jet lag e tante ore di volo. La posizione ideale, tranquilla, ben comunicata, con offerta gastronomica vicino, lo stadio nazionale ... Il viaggio ci prendiamo abbastanza per libero e in hotel ci hanno consigliato e aiutato a scoprire San José e i suoi suggerimenti su diversi destinazioni e attività Erano top. Ci piaceva tutto il viaggio, ma la prima impressione in un paese sconosciuto è importante, e lì ci hanno già vinto, abbiamo cominciato a capire che significa PURE VITA. Torneremo in Costa Rica o in America centrale, e sicuramente dormiremo e colazione di nuovo a Rincon del Valle. Grazie per tutto. Pure vita.

Siamo stati accolti all'arrivo con professionalità e cordialità. Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento adiacente alla piscina, gustato delle ottime colazioni con prodotti freschissimi e con porzioni abbondanti. Consigliamo sia i piatti tipici che quelli internazionali. La struttura si trova a 150 mt dal parque la sabana, vicina allo stadio e a diversi ristoranti. Si è creato un rapporto familiare con tutti..siamo veramente stati bene..grazie di cuore.

The staff was amazing. I stayed for 2 nights following out-patient surgery at a nearby clinic. The staff let me check-in and drop off my stuff at 7 a.m. - then they took it all up to my room for me while I had my surgery. Afterward, they assisted me to my room because I was still groggy from the general anesthesia. I was hungry since I hadn't eaten all day, but my stomach was a little off, so they had soup from the restaurant sent up for me right away. They arranged for a min-fridge in my room. They also made a point of asking how I was doing and if I needed help with anything. They were very kind and sympathetic. I was there alone, so their care was greatly appreciated. The hotel was beautiful and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had an inner room with a court-yard view, and everything was very quiet. Got great Wi-Fi at the room (2nd floor in the middle) - used my laptop to stream movies with no problems. The restaurant is attached to the lobby. It has Asian cuisine, but the manager had them make me a chicken sandwich special because my stomach was still sensitive even later that night. They were so kind and helpful. And the restaurant had really good food. The parking was also very easy, and they always had someone watching the vehicles. The breakfast was included and was good as well. It had typical Costa Rican fare like beans and rice, eggs, and fried plantains. They also offered toast, muffins, a few different types of cereal and granola, coffee, juice, milk, as well as various fruits and yogurt. I can't remember if there was a meat choice offered as well. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed. This isn't a complaint - just an FYI - as with the majority of San Jose hotels, the cable provider they use has almost all of the programming in Spanish (it is a Spanish-speaking country after all). So, if you are an English-only speaker, you might be out of luck if you want to watch TV. They might have a way to switch it to English or add subtitles through the controls, so you will have to ask. I just used my laptop to watch TV/movies.
