Hotel vicini a Barbería Franklin a San Jose

La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda Anche se non è in centro è facile prendere un Uber. Alcune camere sono state rinnovate, ma quelle normali sono molto vecchie. Se non volete prenotare una camera con la moquette vecchio stile, prenotate semplicemente un livello più alto. Lo svantaggio è che non c'è balcone e non ci sono finestre apribili , ma dopo tutto è Radisson, e tutti i servizi sono molto online, e la colazione è ancora più ricca di quella del Tabacon. Inoltre, ogni giorno vengono a mangiare piccoli scoiattoli, che aggiungono molto divertimento alla luce del mattino. Anche la piscina viene pulita in modo tempestivo e l'acqua nella piscina idromassaggio viene sempre aggiornata ogni giorno Nel complesso, sono soddisfatto.

- Ho mandato un'e-mail all'hotel il giorno prima per verificare se sono in grado di inviare una navetta all'aeroporto per prendere me (solo per evitare lo stress di figurare fuori trasporto), ma hanno risposto solo una volta che sono arrivato. Non mi è stato utile aspettare che venissero a prendermi. - La stanza era molto elegante e molto spaziosa: due storie con due bagni pieni e cucina. Non mi servivano, ma erano disponibili. Tuttavia, la doccia in alto vicino al letto mancava una porta, l’acqua spruzzava e faceva bagnata ovunque. Inoltre, la doccia non scorreva bene. Era grosso avere i piedi in acqua sporca... proprio con il bacino, l’acqua non scorreva bene. L'hotel ha fornito una tovagliola a mano e due grandi tovaglioli. Erano vecchie e ruggite. Ho uscito a comprare la mia. Il letto era comodo! Così erano le mutandine e le foglie! Grazie per questo! - Sto addestrando un maratone e per me è stato importante che l’hotel abbia una palestra per poter continuare la mia addestramento. Questo hotel aveva un treno e non funzionava. La prossima volta devo controllare prima di prenotare. - La mia stanza non ha una finestra e quindi molto buia, brillante e depressa. Fortunatamente non ho bisogno di passare troppo tempo qui. Ho detto al ricevitore e lei ha detto che questa è la stanza che mi è stata assegnata. Ho lasciato andare. - L'hotel è in centro e a piedi lontano da tutte le grandi “cose da fare” nella città di San Jose. Ma devo dire che le foto online sembrano molto meglio della realtà dell'hotel. - Vorrei restare ancora qui? Solo se ho bisogno di dormire da qualche parte per una notte.

Stayed here on a tour of Costa Rica, for a total of three nights on arrival and between our extension. Typical city hotel, very comfy and large rooms with big bathrooms, plenty of toiletries etc. Lovely staff, although not very attentive in the main restaurant! We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast in the main restaurant - all good. Also a great meal in the Japanese restaurant. It was quite cool, they keep the aircon on quite high and the weather was windy and cloudy so turned it off in our room! Nothing much nearby, very convenient for airport but only a supermarket and McDonalds within walking distance. The park was ok for a quick walk, only a few yards away.

In realtà, non c'è standard di cinque stelle, l'hotel e la camera sono buoni, il tè è troppo vecchio e la stanza degli ospiti ha un sapore.La colazione è buona, più scelte, la piscina è molto bella, il giardino ha anche stile tropicale, il profumo dei fiori degli uccelli. Il servizio clienti aiuta a chiamare l'auto è molto conveniente. Il prezzo può essere discusso. In generale, il centro richiede più di dieci dollari.L'hotel ha un trasporto aereo gratuito, ma per prenotare in anticipo, se più persone sono ancora conveniente per prendere l'auto. Il passaggio all'hotel è una volta all'ora.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely A+++, Anthony and Angie both Front Desk specialist were so profesional and made our stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure our tours were well arranged and our breakfast in the hotel was jsut excellent. The happy hour was great as well. The hotel is extremely clean. All of the staff were courteous and ensured we knew where we were going. It was hard to come home becasue it felt like we were home away from home. The Manager too came by and ensured we were having a great stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a twin room. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was good. Bathroom was nice and shower pressure was good. Breakfast was included and was really nice. This hotel had a laundry room where you could wash and dry your own clothes for €1 for the washing machine and €1 for the dryer. This hotel is within walking distance of downtown San Jose and also Barrio Escalante which has lots of lovely restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Le foto non sono coerenti con le vere e proprie. Le foto confortevoli mostrano un pannolino, non in realtà.Inoltre, la descrizione del tipo di camera fa la gente gonfiare l'acqua. Comfortabile, dovrebbe essere un letto tra quattro persone, ma la descrizione e la foto di questo tipo di camera ti faranno pensare che sia un singolo camera, il prezzo di una camera. In realtà, questo tipo di camera è lo stesso di quello standard di quattro persone sottostanti. Il prezzo di una camera è il prezzo di una camera. C'è un bagno in camera, ma la stanza di tipo spogliato non è stimata per nessuno.L'acqua è troppo piccola quando si lava.

Like every Selina Hostel there is love in every detail - decoration, lights, good furniture. We had the deluxe room with a lot of space, a table, a sofa, own bathroom and good comfort. The bed was very cosy. We had no warm water for 2 days in our room, but the staff reacted instantly, tried to fix it and we got a free breakfast and some money back. Clean kitchen, enogh fridge space and a cool sofa space in the living kitchen. In total we had a nice and relaxing stay amd would definitly recommand this hostel.

Abbiamo utilizzato questo hotel la prima notte che siamo arrivati in Costarica e l' Ultima prima della partenza. Ottimo servizio con recepition 24/24 . Camere spaziose e dotate di Safety box. Wi-fi ok e servizio bar nelle aree comuni(a pagamento). Colazione incluse servite all' interno dell' hotel e nel giardino esterno subito adiacente. Il giorno prima della partenza ci hanno organizzato il Tampone in Hotel con un laboratorio del posto senza che dovessimo andare in giro per la citta.

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a significant issue with the room I was assigned. Unfortunately, some of the rooms at this hotel do not have windows and resemble prison cells rather than comfortable accommodations. Understandably, I refused to accept such a room and immediately contacted Booking.com to seek a resolution. To my disappointment, the hotel displayed a lack of cooperation, even after three hours of mediation with Booking.com. Despite our best efforts, the hotel refused to address the issue adequately, leading to the cancellation of my reservation. Furthermore, the hotel has also declined to refund the payment I made for the booking. Throughout this process, their responses were consistently rude and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. In addition to the room issue, I feel it is important to mention that the dining room for breakfast at Hotel Cultura Plaza is extremely small, akin to a small bar with only about four tables. This limited space may make it challenging to find a seat during busy periods, and it can detract from the overall dining experience. Given my disappointing experience and the hotel's uncooperative attitude, I want to urge prospective customers to exercise caution when considering a reservation at Hotel Cultura Plaza. Please be aware of the lack of windows in some rooms, the prison cell-like appearance, and the limited dining space for breakfast. It is my hope that by sharing this message, I can help others make informed decisions and avoid potential frustrations. As consumers, we should be able to expect a certain level of quality and service when choosing accommodations, and unfortunately, Hotel Cultura Plaza fell short of these expectations.
