Hotel in zona CornerstoneSF Church - Mission Campus (Sunday service 10am at Riordan campus), San Francisco

No frills, nothing fancy, just a decent, honest hotel that is a great place to put your head down for a couple of nights. Stayed here for 2 nights pre/post the Death Ride in Markleeville...a few other cyclists here too. Didn't really use any of the facilities, but had b'fats and evening meals in the hotel and both were good value, with attentive staff and a good selection to choose from. If I ever came back to do the ride again, I'd stay here.

This hotel was just perfect for our stay in San Francisco. It is in a fantastic location in Union Square so close to the BART Powell St Station, Cable Cars, Macy's and Westfield Shopping Centre. Everything you could possibly need was within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel offered bagels, fruit and yoghurts each morning pretty basic but sufficient to start the day. Coffee was available throughout the day in the lobby and there was a coffee machine in our room. Sadly the restaurant was not open during our stay I think the hotel has recently had new owners. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, taking time to chat and give advice on local attractions how to get there etc. We had a double room which was spotlessly clean although not serviced daily however we did not need that, towels were changed every other day but we did have 4 sets for the 2 of us each time the room was serviced and coffee sachets/pods were available in the lobby so there was no real need for a daily service. We had a safe in our room, hairdryer, iron, WiFi was great. Storage lockers are available in reception for luggage if you have a late flight, we used these and on return to collect were invited to help ourselves to coffee before setting off on our journey, guest satisfaction seems to be a priority. The area is a little noisy at night but we weren't really bothered by it. There are a few homeless people opposite and a few yards up the road but they didn't bother us, some would say hello but never asked for anything, they are human after all. Overall the Bijou was just perfect for us and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a great one.

La posizione geografica è molto calda. Il quartiere commerciale è molto matura intorno. Il problema principale è il parcheggio.Parcheggio 30-50 Dollaro una notte, e c'è una certa distanza dall'hotel. Puoi anche fermarti sul lato della strada, ma devi vedere se vuoi trasferire il giorno dopo, perché c'è un pulizia che lavora prima mattina, quindi prestate attenzione alla descrizione del tempo sul lato della strada.La decorazione della stanza è molto stile inglese, il foglio di carta è molto bello!

The hotel is centrally located and convenient for getting around SF. The rooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly (hair on the bathroom floor etc) but overall a nice place. One person at the check-in counter was very nice and helpful; the other (female) was impatient and expressionless.

Esperienza meravigliosa al King George's. La posizione era buona, a pochi passi dal 7-11. Il personale della reception è stato super gentile e ci ha dato consigli dato che è la nostra prima volta a San Francisco. We stayed in the Barnes for four nights in June 2023. Firstly, the hotel is really well located, right by Union Square with all its transport links and 20-30 minute walk away from the Embarcadero and Oracle Stadium. The room was clean and cleaned daily, staff were all very friendly, and it has a great gym (we stayed at the Galleria Park during our last stay in SF which was more expensive and the gym wasn’t fantastic). The bathroom was a little on the small side but the room was a decent size with a comfortable (but slightly on the softer side) bed, fridge, huge TV, coffee making facilities and a table with two bar stools. The hotel is good for the price you pay. We didn’t spend huge amounts of time in the room as we were busy sightseeing and it was perfect for what we needed. As other reviewers have pointed out, some parts of it are being renovated but we were not impacted by any noise so we had no complaints on that side. I note one other review mentioned noise from the road, we did experience that but it didn’t bother us.

Situato in Union Square a San Francisco, la posizione è eccellente e gli autobus e la metropolitana sono molto comodi. Sono una ragazza che soggiorna da sola, quindi attribuisco grande importanza alla sicurezza. Il check-in prevede anche i biglietti Dangdang e il servizio gratuito di noleggio biciclette, molto adatto ai turisti che non guidano. L'unico inconveniente è che il consumo obbligatorio in hotel è di 25 dollari al giorno. I prezzi sono incredibili. Un panino costa più di 10 dollari e le tasse non sono incluse. Il sapore non è buono come quello del chiosco lungo la strada 🌭️ 😿

Il hotel è un hotel attraente, ma è frustrato dalla mancanza di servizi di base e di servizi di servizio clienti. Durante il nostro soggiorno di sei notti, la seconda mattina scopriamo che non c'era acqua calda, e informiamo il ricevitore, Andy, ma ci siamo incontrati con un atteggiamento dismissivo e brutto. Ci è stato detto che non ci sarebbe stata acqua calda per il resto del giorno, e questa mancanza di servizi di base era per un totale di tre giorni dei sei giorni del nostro soggiorno. Si prega di notare che, secondo il codice civile della California §1940.2, è responsabilità dell'hotel fornire e mantenere l'acqua calda e fredda corrente per gli ospiti. Per peggiorare le cose, quando abbiamo chiesto di controllare in anticipo a causa di questa questione, non ci sono stati offerti rimborsi, perché il nostro soggiorno è stato prepagato su expedia. Spedia ci ha detto che la proprietà è da decidere mentre la proprietà ha detto che è expedia.. Meglio non offrire niente, perché è veramente vergognoso offrire questo alle persone.. Eravamo uno dei molti clienti a lamentarsi, e abbiamo visto che i ricevitori non avevano compassione per nessuno.. Sì, tutte le aziende sono là per fare soldi, ma non come questo. Quello che hanno fatto è vicino a rubare da qualcuno! Non posso raccomandare questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori, e continuerò a scrivere su altre piattaforme per avvertire le persone..
