Great location in San Fernando. Close to many restaurants and the mall. The staff are all friendly and amazing.

Bath towels are too old. Most of the staff are very accommodating and polite except Rhona. Please avoid her. Very rude and not responsive to requests.

The staffs are very courteous and the food is great. We enjoyed our stay in Microtel Pampanga. We’ll definitely go back. Thank you.

Booked a room with supposedly 2 queen beds but was given only 1 queen and 1 sofa bed. Nonetheless, the staff assisted us promptly.

Staying at Microtel Pampangas is a nice experience. Location wise is very strategic specially when looking for a restaurant and coffee shop is just a walk away.

The location is perfect and the staff are very helpful. The room and bed was big and very comfy. Overall, our stay in Microtel Pampanga was an awesome experience.

The place is very accessible. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will be planning to book again. I think what needs to improve is the time of serving the breakfast. We ask to serve it at around 8 AM but breakfast was delivered to our room at around 10 AM. Good thing, we have takeout meals from dinner. We just ask assistance from the front desk to reheat the food. If you'll be having breakfast and the hotel is fully booked, I think better to go take a walk to the restaurant and have breakfast there than have it delivered in the room. That is only an option if you dont want to wait longer. credits to Microtel for the photos.

Just perfect

Avoid Rhona (front desk) she took our order for free breakfast but she forgot to order it. Tooks us 1 and half hours to get our breakfast. And we have to constantly follow up our food!
