Purtroppo, gli ospiti sopra di me erano alzati tutta la notte. Ho avuto un volo alle 7 e sembrava che ci fosse una festa di bacheloretta o una ricezione di matrimonio all'hotel. Alcuni di questi partecipanti erano nella stanza sopra di me. Sono stati fino a 4 al mattino che fanno rumore. Mi piace davvero l'hotel e la posizione, viaggio attraverso San Diego spesso, e l'esperienza dell'hotel è stata grande. Credo di aver scelto la notte sbagliata.

Ho adorato la posizione dell'hotel, direttamente di fronte alla baia, e i ristoranti nelle vicinanze, incluso il jumper di richiesta collegato all'hotel. La mia camera era pulita, il letto matrimoniale è più grande di una doppia, ma non abbastanza a grandezza naturale. Il personale era gentile, molto accomodante. Siamo stati nella torre 2, 9° piano con una vista eccellente. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Amo questo posto. Grande posizione. Possiamo camminare intorno alla baia. Grande stanza sul settimo piano con vista sulla baia. Guardato 3 navi da crociera arrivano e vanno. Super comodo letto, bella pressione idrica nel doccia. Il personale era così amichevole e il colazione era delizioso e abbondante. Il Sky Bar è un grande ambito, ma il cibo era certamente al di sotto del standard, soprattutto per il prezzo. Il mio unico commento è quanto strano che nessuna delle finestre sono tintate. C'è una privacy zero.La gente della strada può chiaramente vederti. Ma noi amavamo il nostro soggiorno, ci sentivamo molto utile e lo consigliavamo fortemente!

I had a wonderful experience at the front desk, greeted with a warm smile even late at night. The restaurant provided exceptional service just 15 minutes before closing. A special shoutout to Lindsay at the bar—her professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out, and she even remembered my name the next day! I highly recommend this place, especially for AU week in San Diego.

I was disappointed in the Hard Rock in San Diego where I stayed for a recent Conference. There were 2 conferences there at one time and I don't feel they were prepared to handle it in the restaurants. The staff itself were fine and especially the bell captains. Check in was easy, but the rooms were nothing to rave about (the towels are extremely hard and scratchy and the sinks don't have a way to stop them up). The beds are low to the ground so be prepared. I never had time to visit the pool area yet we still had to pay for a daily ”all acess” pass which I don't understand at all. Maryjane's was always overrun and understaffed so I never got to try it. Nobu was great as always, but make a reservation!

Il bagno è molto fluido e il bagno è molto piacevole.Anche il personale dell'hotel ha pulito la stanza per due giorni.Lamenta che il carta da bagno sia inciso e il bagno è senza ostacoli, ma l'acqua è facile da togliere.Il hall darà la nuova pasta di pasta e il sapore è buono e soddisfatto. Adoro mangiare e chiedere.Il pranzo principale è un menu, e devo ordinare al cameriere dell'hotel. La prima colazione era la famiglia che non sapeva. Sono andato da solo al ristorante e hanno mangiato frutta e cibo primario e hanno dato il buono al cameriere. Non hanno mangiato il piatto principale, ma purtroppo non sono rimborsabili.Purtroppo, la tariffa di camera alta per tutta la notte.

We stayed in a family room which was quite spacious and renovated enough. It was clean and the staff were attentive when we needed towels and sheets. I popped a fuse and they fixed it very quickly. The food at the bar and restaurant were very good and Charlie was a star! The pool, hot tub and grounds were all very pleasant and we didn’t hear any dogs barking! There is a little strip mall right next to the hotel with water, alcohol, pizza and pho noodles and 2 minutes (walking) further is a large strip mall with everything needed. The hotel is right off the 5 which makes it convenient.

È possibile che Trip.com abbia dato una ragione per la prenotazione. Ha dato un ingranaggio. Ha chiesto di avere altre stanze. UUtente anonimoQuesto è un vecchio hotel, con un fondo culturale, tutti i dipendenti sono molto amichevoli, il servizio in camera è fatto in tempo e in posizione, letti e letti sono molto comodi. Non è detto che il menu del fine settimana sarà sostituito da un menu brunch. Tutti questi vantaggi mi permettono di coprire l'unico difetto del paesaggio zero fuori dalla finestra.Il parcheggio è valet, cvs è alla porta, c'è un primo taco di classe in America a cinque minuti a piedi, ma c'è senza casa sul lato della strada

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è in una posizione privilegiata vicino a molte attrazioni. I servizi erano fantastici, anche i servizi erano buoni. Quando si è verificato un problema con l'aria condizionata nel cuore della notte, hanno persino inviato un tecnico. Anche la colazione era buona.
Ma eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone e pochi di noi avevano voli in anticipo. Quindi, al momento del check-in, quando erano arrivate poche persone, anche dopo aver verificato la persona a cui era stata prenotata la stanza, le altre persone non erano autorizzate a fare il check-in, il che era molto patetico. Allora perché affrontare tutti i problemi di verificare tutto tramite telefonata? E se il soggiorno in camera fosse un regalo?

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è il miglior hotel nella zona di San Diego che abbiamo soggiornato. Si trova a circa 5 minuti di auto per la città antica e 15 dal centro e solo passi dalla spiaggia di missione. Celebrato un anniversario qui e il personale lo rende ancora più memorabile. Arcelio ci ha preso cura molto bene, ci ha lasciato controllare in anticipo e ci ha trovato una bella stanza davanti all'oceano e vicino alla piscina/bar/restaurante. Ha anche lasciato il centro e ha fatto una visita e ci ha invitati a fare un salto di complimenti più tardi in serata. Katie concierge ha sentito il nostro discorso e mi ha invitato a fare un bicchiere di bullone per festeggiare. Incluso un tavolo e un divano di tipo salone all'interno con un balcone sopra l'acqua. Abbiamo ordinato servizio in camera dal ristorante di covewood e non hanno deluso.Prova la loro pizza!Grazie Mission Bay Resort!

I booked this hotel for 5 days through Priceline. When I checked in, I asked for a first floor room because I have a heavy bag and did not want to carry it up the stairs because I did not see an elevator. When I got in the room, the whole room was very filthy. The ceiling in the bedroom area had mold approximately two feet diameter. I checked the bathroom and the ceiling was molded also approximately a foot in diameter. The whole room was just filthy. I went back to the front desk and told the person working that the room she gave me was filthy. She gave me an attitude telling me, “Well, you’re the one who wanted the first floor!” Apparently, it’s my fault for asking for a room on the first floor and that it had mold. So, she gave me the second floor room. Since it’s the second floor, there’s no third floor, there was no mold on the ceiling. It was a little late and I just decided to stay. In the middle of the night, I saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom area. I ignored it because it’s was too late to find another hotel and I used my money for Knights Inn. The next day, I was out and about so I wasn’t in the room all day. I got back, I saw roaches again. Then I got curious and checked the pillows. I removed the pillow cases and the pillows are yellowish brown from not being washed and dried out bodily fluids or whatever it was. Since it was late, I have decided that I will check out the next morning and just ask for the refund for the rest of the days I won’t be staying. The next day, I asked to check out and told the person why I’m checking out early. It’s the same person who gave me the attitude the day I checked in. I asked to get a refund but she refused and told me I had to get it from the third party where I reserved it from. I told them that I called Priceline and that Priceline told me that they have to refund it to me since the money was already given to them. She told me she can’t do anything. I am currently reporting them to State Health Services and reporting them to their company. The hotel is a health hazard. Do not stay.

EEnglishTeacher朱丽叶Location was excellent for concert at Petco Park, took Uber and obviously was longer due to concert influx realized take a lime lite would have been faster. Walking expect 25-30 min and going up hill.
Service was good at check -in , first night found roaches 🪳 under and around fridge area! Went to lobby for possible accommodations , encountered male fair skin and colored eyes, said they were from the weather (🙄) didn’t seem surprised to hear there were roaches in our room, asked if we can switch rooms- he said they were fully booked and didn’t have anything available which I didn’t even see him check. At this point couldn’t find room to check out for the weekend and left as is. Told cleaning lady that evening and she shared a roach spray to spray in infected area. We didn’t not feel comfortable in this environment and left our snacks and food in bags and placed luggage on our beds and desk to avoid roaches from getting in. Additionally had requested towels and when asked for 4 same lobbyist said 4 was pushing it and only handing two towels even though I had booked two double Queen rooms for 8 people!!
Second room has stains on bed sheets and pillows, unsure what exactly it was but looked like blood. Friend got rash on arm and suspected bed bugs, checked sheets and luckily didn’t find any.
Bathroom sink had broken handle that came off when lifted.
Breakfast was good- early hours 7:30-8:30 , doors closed by 8:25 and you cannot take food out. But decent has French toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and juices.
Parking was small but have additional parking below , just have to walk around the corner.

The worst hotel experience ever! There was a mistake in the booking of our room that had us checking out a day earlier than expected. We returned to our room at 8:30pm and our cards did not work in the door. We went to the front desk and the person said our reservation was over and someone else was checked into the room. They did not attempt to contact us in any way, no calls, email, or text. Meanwhile we found one of our suitcases abandoned in a hallway. None of the employees on shift knew what had happened and searched around for our belongings. Eventually they found some but not all our items stuffed in garbage bags in a mechanical room. We had to unload the garbage bags and repack our suitcases in the hallway with customers walking around and over our items. It was then that we realized that several of our items were missing that were in the dresser, in the closet and on the desk. The person at the front desk refused to help and look for the missing items. That same night we called corporate customer support, and she said due to the magnitude of the incident she was opening an investigation case, and someone would be contacting us shortly. Three days later after no contact we called corporate again and were told it could take some time to resolve the case but if the hotel’s management didn’t provide a satisfactory resolution corporate would step in and make it right for us. It has now been almost three months since the hotel lost almost $350 worth of our personal belongings. Nobody has reached out to contact us to try to resolve this. We’ve called and talked to five corporate customer service representatives and spent hours on the phone and all they do is put us on hold, call the hotel, and “review options”. At the end corporate customer support said the only option is to try to resolve it directly with the hotel and they can’t do anything to help. We will NEVER stay at one of the Choice Hotels brands of hotels again!

Riservato per una notte, prima di prendere un volo mattinale. La stanza era di tipo di giardino, pavimenti e mobili non sembravano svuotate o pulite, fogli e casse di polvere erano tutti pillolati e ci erano, come sembra, specchi di polvere sulla foglia superiore. Il condizionatore d’aria funzionava, ma c’era un frigorifero d’aria in un’auto, e il bagno era vecchio e poco riparato con un punto morbido che faceva sentire che si sarebbe caduto attraverso. La scala esterna che portava fino al secondo piano profumava come la spazzatura e l'urina.Il parcheggio era buio senza sicurezza. Il controllo della donna era amichevole, ma la chiave della stanza non funzionava e doveva riprogrammarla così in alto e in basso la scala esterna grossa. Buona cosa che ho solo fatto per un paio di ore di sonno prima del mio volo. Non ribookerò qui in futuro.
