There is a covered parking lot available along with an uncovered parking lot. There are less covered spots available than uncovered spots. Also, there are two charging stations available. The staff was friendly, professional, and assisted with all matters very well. There are two elevators available that go all the 6th floor. The amenities were sufficient enough to make for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The room I stayed in was large with a kitchenette, pullout couch, and large bathroom. There were some minor issues like a bent ironing board, hair in the bathroom, and noise disturbance from the room above, but all was manageable. The location is right outside of two gates that access Camp Pendleton. Also, it is within walking distance from some good restaurants and the beach. I hope that this review is helpful with your lodging decision.

The location is very convenient, close to UTC across the road, and close to UCSD by Trolley.  The suite with two rooms is awesome, especially with family member who snores, it gives better and quite room to sleep.

We were a party of 32 people who booked this hotel to attend a wedding in San Diego, from UK and Canada for 1 week On day 1 of our holiday Upon arriving in our room, we all found that the shower water was only tepid, which was quite uncomfortable. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue and was informed that maintenance advised this could not be increased due to concerns about scalding However, 2 days later, the water temperature in the shower was noticeably warmer and reached a comfortable level. This suggests that the initial explanation provided by the maintenance staff was either incorrect or misleading. The inconsistent and lukewarm response to my complaint is unacceptable, especially when the issue could have been resolved promptly on the first day of my stay. The towels left bits of fluff on our skin and clothes after use, which was both uncomfortable and unhygienic and resulted in us purchasing a garment brush to clean our clothes. Such a condition is unacceptable. The rooms were oddly designed, the sink facilities were situated outside of the toilet and shower room, positioned within the actual bedroom area. This layout struck me as quite unusual and, frankly, unhygienic. It is standard practice and generally expected that after using the toilet, one should be able to wash their hands immediately within the same room. The current setup requires guests to exit the toilet room and walk through the bedroom to access the sink, which raises significant hygiene concerns. During our stay, my family and I spent a significant amount of time in the poolside area. We were surprised and quite inconvenienced to find that there were no restroom facilities available in this area. This lack of basic amenities was particularly challenging as we were traveling with young children who frequently needed to use the toilet. Having to return to our rooms or use the restroom in the reception area was not only inconvenient but also disrupted our leisure time. This situation caused unnecessary stress and discomfort, I believe that adding restrooms near the poolside area would greatly enhance the convenience and comfort for all guests, particularly those with young children. Such an improvement would undoubtedly be appreciated by many future visitors. Furthermore, upon check-out, I was shocked to find an additional charge on three payment cards for makeup marks left on towels. This charge is not only unreasonable but also discriminatory, as I discovered that other guests were not subjected to the same penalty for similar circumstances. I sent two messages on the hotel's online contact form to Jay the manager and received no response. Consequently, I contacted my credit card company to cancel the charge on my credit card due to the lack of response and the absence of any evidence of makeup marks on towels provided by the hotel. First off, it looks great in pictures, not so much in person. The hardwood floor in my room is so nasty, that my feet get disgusting every day I have been here. The pic of my foot was from walking INSIDE the room. So you're thinking ok, take a shower. Well, low water pressure in the shower makes showering unpleasant. There are no complimentary tiny Shampoos, Body Washes, or Conditioners like almost every single other Hotel provides. So bring your own or be prepared to go buy it for your stay. You only get three medium towels that barely dries a normal sized adult. If you don't get your room cleaned while here, you have to take your dirty ones to the front desk, and they'll get you 3 more. The Towels are small, and definitely not washed in any fabric softener; They're rough as sand paper. Go to the sink, and enjoy more low Water pressure, plus it smells like a sewer. My Wife and I won't brush our teeth with it, instead we use bottled Water. The A/C unit in the room works about half of the day, then you have to put the fan on, and let the internals thaw out before you can turn the A/C back on. The TV was set in Spanish, not set up or connected to the Hotel WiFi (more on that to come). I literally had to Google and watch a YouTube on how to put the TV back into English. The TV was on Antenna setting and the picture was horrible! I had to go into the settings, use my phone's hotspot because the TV couldn't see the hotel Wifi yet, and I had to manually update the software, and connect it to the WiFi myself. It's Roku TV which is nice. Speaking of the Wifi. It has gone out every day we have been here. Some for a few minutes, one day about 6 hours. You call the desk (not from the non-functional in room phone btw, but from your mobile) and while the staff was nice about it, they said ”yeah it goes out pretty often. It even affects our computers and we are locked out of them until the internet decides to work again”. Pluses, um.. there is tiny functional Microwave and Mini Fridge in the room. There is on site laundry you can pay $1.75 per load, per washer, and again for the Dryer; but hey, they give you a tiny box of laundry powder for free if you ask the desk for it. The ice Machine on the Second Floor works great! (just not the one on the bottom. ) There is a free continental breakfast from 7-9 during the week, and 8-10 on the weekends. If you like tiny cut up pieces of hotdog, decent eggs, one type of Juice, Coffee, and batter that you pour into the Waffle makers yourself, then you'll love it! In short, stay somewhere else if possible because here you don't even get what you pay for!

I had a great stay here and would definitely pick them again for future travels in the area. First of all Hannah at the front desk was great during check in. I thought employees like her didn't exist and are only portrayed as such on TV, but nope, perfect employees do exist and one of them works here. As for the hotel itself, its clean inside and out. Location and surrounding areas look clean and safe in a perspective of travelers not from around here. There is a Tesla Supercharger station literally across the street, as well as a 7-Eleven and some other small eateries at ”The Island” plaza I believe it's called. Legoland is very close by. The rooms were spacious and reminds you of a Embassy Suite or Extended Stay. This has a FULL kitchen, complete with sink, dishwasher, full size fridge, and an electric cooktop. Plates, utensils, etc are also included. So you can definitely cook here. The Living Area is roomy with a sofa bed. I will add though if you have people sleeping on the sofabed, the bathroom is only accessible by going through the main bedroom. WIFI/internet is included and plenty fast for everyday tasks. It was also reliable with no drops or reconnecting issues. The rooms seem a bit more dated than the main lobby and grounds area, but it's not a big deal or deal breaker. Breakfast is included and it's just OK. Hard to beat Embassy Suite's made to order omelettes at this similar price range. There are a variety of choices which usually are eggs, 2 protein choices (sausages/ham), potatoes, oatmeal, make your ow waffles, variety of breads, fruits, yogurt, juices, etc. The outdoor space is very nice with a pool, hot tub, half court basketball sport court, fire pit, grills if someone wants to grill. There is also a gym with weights, cardio machines. Parking was free also. The price isn't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. For a family, this is a good option or for those who want something more roomy since its a suite.

Le foto non fanno la giustizia dell'hotel, sembrava molto meglio quando abbiamo visitato. Camera Buona camera con balcone sul piano 4, con vista sul mare parziale e vista sulla città, è stato così bello poter avere la porta aperta per permettere l'aria fresca. Il letto di dimensioni re, tavolo con due sedie, sedia a piedi e sedia a piedi. Frigorifero e condimento d'aria. La stanza manca una cassaforte. La stanza era molto pulita e la doccia sopra il bagno ha funzionato bene. Salone ospite (vicina alla piscina) tè/caffè e cioccolato caldo complimentare. Macchina dolce (costo) divano e tavoli.Colazione non inclusa nel costo della stanza, quindi non abbiamo cercato di ordinare una consegna alla nostra stanza fornita da un ristorante vicino, soprattutto perché ci sono così tanti ristoranti vicino. Sceglie costose offerte per la consegna. Posizione in città con bar/restauranti e negozi sul cancello. Non c'è bisogno di guidare se non vuoi. Parcheggio Auto Pieno spazio di parcheggio, $20 per notte. Wi-Fi Buona e gratuita Personale molto accogliente e amichevole. Possono fornire alcuni cedoli ai ristoranti locali.

Avevo bisogno di un posto all'ultimo minuto per lavorare, tuttavia la camera non era dotata di abbastanza asciugamani, il caffè ect sarebbe stato bello a causa di Covid se questi articoli fossero stati a posto
