Horrible experience. Poor customer service by Iris. Stayed for a local youth soccer tournament. Arrived late around 11pm Friday night after long drive. Checked in and when attempted to enter room key didn't work. Came back down. New keys provided. After entering the room the room had very strong odor. Came back down to front desk they offered the clean room but that would not eliminate the odor. Requested another room. Hotel rep stated another Queen was not available. They then reluctantly offered a single King room for 3 people. I explained that this was not large enough for us and neither of the 3 of the party could sleep on a sofa sleeper. Front desk clerk Iris was very irritated with us not sure why. Was not empathic to our situation. I then suggested 2 King adjoining rooms so we could have 2 beds and still be together. Even though it did show as available Iris stated she couldn't do that. Finally they did provide this option and provided the keys to the 2 adjoining rooms. My wife and daughter entered one of the rooms and there was someone already sleeping in there. She was shaken up. After going downstairs once again to front desk Iris didn't seem concerned by this mistake or even apologize. This is a serious safety issue. We could have been harmed. She kept typing things into the computer without even explaining what actions she was going to take to correct. Eventually she said she couldn't give us 2 Kings once again. She said she couldn't help us and would just cancel our reservation. I said no and she needed to help try to resolve. Then she said she would just call the non-emergency police line even though we did nothing to threaten anyone. The other desk clerk told her it was not necessary. I explained to her we were here with a large group for the youth soccer tournament. She didn't care. She then proceeded to talk about me in front of me to the maintenance employee. Staci then offered to help and suggested 2 kings that were not adjoining. This wasn't ideal since I didn't like being separated from my family but we took this option. Staci suggested working it out with manager in morning. Staci was helpful and trying to solve our problem but Iris didn't have any empathy and just wanted to get rid of us even though it was the hotel's fault. Iris needs to be retrained on customer service and customer empathy. Our group had other issues with this hotel as well including 4th floor smelling like ****, Doors not working on one hotel room where door had to be taken off, Being told by a worker not to let our teenagers be alone in hotel lobby as there were homeless people, and loud young guests drinking and smoking. Majority of our large group left the next morning due to all these problems. Discussed with manger the next morning (Ashley) and she was apologetic and did assist in finding us another hotel to move to. This was not what we expect from Marriott hotels.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui perché stiamo ristrutturando la mia casa nella zona. Quando abbiamo fatto un viaggio a casa per prendere alcune cose circa le 4:00, abbiamo deciso di fermarci e controllare per ottenere le chiavi, così li avremmo più tardi, quando abbiamo 2 camere diverse e andremmo a tornare all'hotel a diverse ore. Non siamo mai entrati o controllati nelle stanze dopo aver ricevuto le chiavi, ma quando sono tornato all'hotel, è mezzanotte, ho raccolto tutte le mie cose (ho avuto una mano) e sono andato in camera. Quando sono entrato, non era stato pulito dagli ospiti precedenti! Il letto di grandezza re era un cazzo, asciugamani sul pavimento, ecc. Così sono andato al divano e ho detto al cameriere che non sembrava davvero preoccuparsi. Disse che non avevano altre stanze con un letto di grandezza re in cui avevo prenotato, ma avevo una stanza con due doppie, in cui era mediocre in pulizia. I venti d'aria erano ricci e non erano mai stati polverizzati, i capelli si sono bloccati sul muro sopra il doccia, il cibo o le tinture sul muro, ecc. Solo davvero grosso! L'ho preso perché ero stanco, lavoravamo, dipingevamo, eccetera, tutto il giorno, volevo solo fare la doccia e andare a dormire. La mattina dopo il checkout, ho detto al cameriere che ci aveva controllati il giorno prima dell'incidente. Lei si scusò e disse che si presumevano che i loro custodi facessero il loro lavoro, ma poi non facevano nulla per noi, ma offriamo qualcosa la prossima volta che la vedo. Che tipo di risposta è, non ci sarà la prossima volta in questa struttura. Non c'è sconti sulla stanza, nessun punto aggiunto, eccetera per il mio inconveniente per il loro incapacità di fare il loro lavoro. Sono un membro di Elite Platinum recompense e uso regolarmente gli hotel Choice. Sono molto deluso. Non era questo il loro standard e il servizio e l'atteggiamento dei suoi dipendenti hanno potuto dire il meno.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Seaworld/Lafb

We were looking for a hotel near our family. We received a suggestion from Trip.com to take a gander at La Quinta Inn & Suites Sea World. The price offered for our lengthy stay was unbeatable elsewhere. I read the reviews and had a few concerns, but you just never know. Now, what I am about to mention I do not say lightly because I travel extensively. We arrived at the hotel after an exhaustive travel day on the road. We were greeted by a young lady named Samantha. She was probably the best front desk clerk that I have ever encountered. She was inviting, respectful and welcoming to La Quinta. She asked how our day was and assured us that our stay would be as comfortable as she could make it. She explained everything and directed us to the elevators. As we walked away, she reminded us to call on her if we encountered any issues and wished us a good night. The hotel was clean and safe. I woke up during the night and looked outside the window to check on my vehicle. I found a security vehicle stationed at the entrance of the property. This was good to see and put me at peace. The only issues that I had was the coffee and the room. I found the coffee to be Luke warm to cold on two occasions in the morning. As for the room, the hotel was a non smoking hotel, but I swear someone had previously smoked in the room. The aroma wasn't too bad but I could tell. It was tolerable but unfortunate. You trust visitors to follow the rules but not all can be controlled. A huge thanks to the best front desk clerk Samantha who checked in on us during our week visit. Thank you!

Hotel incantevole. A causa del virus non siamo andati a nessuno dei servizi offerti come la piscina coperta, quindi ho messo un 1. Ottimo servizio. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Da quando ci siamo saluti al divano prima che ci siamo recati 4 giorni dopo, il motel non era deluso. L'intera proprietà era pulita e ben mantenuta. Colazione calda ogni mattina. Tutti i dipendenti erano piacevoli e conosciuti e vestiti bene. Non è abbastanza da dire su questo grande soggiorno. Questo è il tipo di posto che si trovano tranne nei motel più alti.
