Il posto è buono, c'è stato un problema con la piombo in una stanza, ma mi hanno dato un'altra stanza. La navetta non è disponibile, ma chiamate e avranno un ascensore per prendere o lasciarvi all'aeroporto gratuitamente. Un passo vi porterà a qualche negozio vicino.

The amenities were good and the shuttle is available 24/7. The room was nice and there are shops nearby. The shuttle can also take you anywhere is a three mile radius.

Typically when ever I travel with my dogs I book a stay at a Sonesta because the business is very dog friendly and ergonomic. I never before had any issues with my one very reactive dog at a Sonesta. So when I moved to San Antonio for work and was waiting on my furniture to be delivered booking here was a no brainer. The good: Laundry doesn't cost quarters, which is nice being between homes and staying for week. The little laundry facility is really nice. There is also a modest fitness center with some cardio equipment and free weights, in addition to a pretty decent pool, and basketball court where your kiddos can play. The breakfast is decent, and free with your stay which I always appreciate. The bad: Every single card reader to enter a room or the building is broken. My room hasn't received turn over service once, or had the trash taken in my week long stay; housekeeping keeps leaving notices that they were supposed to but didn't on my door. The thermostat resets to 85+ degrees throughout the day and night. Lastly, and what really soured my stay is the situation this location put me in with my dogs. I have one dog who's fine, and another who is very scared of everything and is reactive to dogs and people. I book at Sonestas because I have never had an issue with her at one, and I've always felt like I could keep her safe and not put her in any bad situations. At one point I ended up locked outside of my room with my dogs for over an hour; first I couldn't get into the side access door, then I couldn't get into my room. I ended up having to leave both dogs in my car in the heat of the summer, and get my card re-keyed at the front desk. Even after updating the keys, they still struggled to open the side access door a few feet from room and it would take several attempts to open my room door. Even before this incident the doors weren't really working, I'd have to swipe 5-10 times to get any open. After this incident, and my report that none of the doors work maintenance taken no action to correct the bad card readers, and nothing has changed. I continue to see the hallways congested with people also struggling to open their doors. I ended up making the decision to board my dogs at a professional site for the duration of my stay rather continue to put them in a situation where something bad could happen. I am very unhappy with this situation, and I will never book at this location again.
