The bed is comfy and room is big, the coffee of the breakfast is also good and theres a Enterprise nearby!

Wry nice, spacious, clean and mattes was not excellent but it was good enough. Pillows were good too. Staff super attentive and helpful. I paid a good price so was not expecting much but it was worth a lot more. Breakfast was decent too. 😃

The whole morning we got to hear the nice knocking banging of a headboard for two hours. I'm pregnant and my husband got the room for me to relax and get off my feet and rest. Also amenities were not correctly posted on site. The info stated pool was indoor. So I did not get to relax at all. Very disappointing having to leave more tired. More stressed all I wanted was a nice peaceful time with my husband before our twins were born. I really would like to speak to someone to give us another stay because this is horrible and it's not like we really can be splurging when we are about to have twins!!

The front desk lady was very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is very nice with a lot of food options surrounding it. The major dings I would have to give is that once my husband and I entered our room, we noticed how hot it was, we weren't too upset about it because San Antonio was 100+ degrees but the fridge was broken and we couldn't keep our water cold. Once again, no biggie because we found an ice machine and made a "fridge" in the sink for our waters. Lastly, the room wasn't very clean, we could tell that the floors weren't vacuumed because there was candy and fibers or something on the floor sporadically. If we were staying longer than a night, I'm sure I would've been a little more pushy about needing some of the listed items above corrected. Overall I'd give my stay a 6/10. Hope this helps future guests!
