Hotel in zona Old Providence McBean Lagoon National Natural Park, San Andrés Island

Le strutture dell'hotel sono spettacolari, in realtà guadagnano più che nelle foto. Il personale è molto attento, e il trattamento è spettacolare, soprattutto le attrezzature di sicurezza, sia della zona di piscina che dell'hotel in generale. La posizione è molto buona, è in tutto il centro, ed è una strada molto sicura e divertente. Tutto e che l'hotel non è ancora finito, siamo sicuri che sarà altrettanto bello. Ripetiamo senza dubbio.

Blissful Experience on Beautiful San Andres This trip was our first time in Colombia and our first time in San Andres. Initially we reserved and stayed one night at another property on the southwest end of the island. Although it was across the road from the ocean with a stunning view and with a great beach just to the south down the road, it was very far away from everything. The boutique hotel Casa Hendaus found us. We thought that there weren't anymore ”nice” places available when we booked our initial lodging. We found and booked Casa Hendaus just hours after realizing the other location would not work. By the way, English is my first language. The evening manager does not speak English but was patient when I explained my needs in basic Spanish. One look was all it took! From the lobby to 2nd floor pool lounge to the top floor breakfast area, the entire property is beautiful. Beyond beautiful...blissful. One can realize quickly that EVERY element of the property was considered by a thoughtful human wish you to feel bliss. Experience the property for yourself. Meet Rebecca, the day manager, who is fluent in English. Her recommendations were so helpful! From dinner options to taxis she helped us whenever we needed it. Every morning, meet the morning staff who prepares and serves your meal in the penthouse breakfast area. Meet your room attendants who faithfully restore your room to a comfortable condition to receive you at day's end. Even meet the grounds person and maintenance person, both careful caretakers of the greenery and property. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner. You could walk here from the airport in 20 minutes. If there was no fence, you could be there in 5 minutes! But a 5 minute taxi ride for certain. The beach and boardwalk area is about 20 minutes walking. Downtown or El Centro is about 30 minutes. The ocean and sunset is out the door, to the left, 7 minutes away. Enjoy your stay!!!

Ottimo hotel. Grandi camere. Piscina. Persone. Posizione è fantastico. Camere fantastiche. Aria condizionata. Acqua calda. Bevi bene al bar. Piccolo prezzo ma vale la pena. Potrebbe avere un concierge di acquacoltura.Colazione per morire. Miglior che abbia mai avuto un buffet gratis nella mia vita.

La posizione è dall'altra parte del centro. Puoi arrivare a piedi entro 15 minuti.L'appartamento stesso è buono. Sarebbe meglio se potessi usare il wifi in camera.

L'arrivo all'hotel è stato un po' deludente perché il suo arrivo è stato in una specie di bacino/viola che si sta riformulando e da un pessimo impressione. Confesso che avrei cercato un altro hotel se mio marito non avesse insistito, ma mi ha ricordato che pochi hotel offrono acqua calda sull'isola e per questo abbiamo scelto questo. Dopo il check in siamo andati in camera, e ho avuto una piacevole sorpresa : tutto era molto pulito, organizzato e nuovo. Aria condizionata eccellente. Decorazione super pulita e affascinante. Letto con letto irregolare e morbido. Offre un kit di bagno molto piacevole, tra cui crema idratante corporeo. Doccia calda!! La camera ha anche un caffè , frigo e una piastra per chi vuole fare i suoi pasti. Inoltre è disponibile tavolo e ferro da passare nella camera. L'hotel dispone anche di Wi-Fi gratuita, conservano i bagagli dopo il check-out e la doccia e la tovagliola. La doccia e la tovagliola dopo il check-out è super semplice. Rimangono sul lato esterno dell'hotel, ed è super utile per chi vuole godere il giorno dopo il check-out alle 12. I dipendenti sono super sollecitati. È molto ben situato, che permette di fare praticamente tutto a piedi, come andare ai migliori ristoranti, porto, negozi e spiaggia Spratt Bight. ci sono anche colazione. Tuttavia, nella reception è disponibile caffè nero, acqua per il tè, crema ( per fare caffè con latte ) senza costi. Il costo beneficio vale molto la pena.
