Hotel a San Andrés Island, Colombia

Abbiamo soggiornato lì per 9 giorni. La posizione è eccellente. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Il buffet per colazione è OK. Grande piña coladas. Bella piscina e una piccola e accogliente spiaggia privata. Grande letti e cuscini. Purtroppo, l'hotel non dispone di Wi-Fi nelle camere e le strutture stanno cadendo separatamente. Mobili e decorazioni sono piuttosto obsoleti. Il condizionamento d'aria non funziona sempre e lo stesso con acqua calda. Ti prelevano il ghiaccio (non mi è mai successo prima). Terribile mini frigo in camera. E' solo troppo costoso per quello che si ottiene. Lascio alcune foto per vedersi da solo.

Ottimo hotel. Grandi camere. Piscina. Persone. Posizione è fantastico. Camere fantastiche. Aria condizionata. Acqua calda. Bevi bene al bar. Piccolo prezzo ma vale la pena. Potrebbe avere un concierge di acquacoltura.Colazione per morire. Miglior che abbia mai avuto un buffet gratis nella mia vita.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono spettacolari, in realtà guadagnano più che nelle foto. Il personale è molto attento, e il trattamento è spettacolare, soprattutto le attrezzature di sicurezza, sia della zona di piscina che dell'hotel in generale. La posizione è molto buona, è in tutto il centro, ed è una strada molto sicura e divertente. Tutto e che l'hotel non è ancora finito, siamo sicuri che sarà altrettanto bello. Ripetiamo senza dubbio.

Hola!!! Viajamos con mi pareja, nuestra experiencia fue exelente, desde el momento que reservamos desde Argentina siempre se nos contestó con un trato muy cordial por parte de sus dueños, Luis y Marisol, quienes al momento de llegar al hotel nos estaban esperando con nuestra habitación con sábanas y toallas limpias, muy cómoda y con baño privado. Nosotros elegimos pagar el alojamiento con las 3 comidas, desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Para el almuerzo y cena habían siempre dos opciones para elegir, la comida era exquisita,muy sabrosa y los 7 días que estuvimos comimos platos diferentes. Los dueños y gente que trabaja ahí siempre estaban predispuestos a ayudarte con todo lo que necesites y tambien a conocer la isla, te brindaban todo tipo de información sobre los tours, horarios de micros y de mas. El Hotel es hermoso lleno de colores, plantas y muy limpio, A menos de 500m pasaban todos los micros que te llevaban al centro. La verdad es que sí existiera la posibilidad de volver a la isla me alojaría nuevamente con ellos.

Blissful Experience on Beautiful San Andres This trip was our first time in Colombia and our first time in San Andres. Initially we reserved and stayed one night at another property on the southwest end of the island. Although it was across the road from the ocean with a stunning view and with a great beach just to the south down the road, it was very far away from everything. The boutique hotel Casa Hendaus found us. We thought that there weren't anymore ”nice” places available when we booked our initial lodging. We found and booked Casa Hendaus just hours after realizing the other location would not work. By the way, English is my first language. The evening manager does not speak English but was patient when I explained my needs in basic Spanish. One look was all it took! From the lobby to 2nd floor pool lounge to the top floor breakfast area, the entire property is beautiful. Beyond beautiful...blissful. One can realize quickly that EVERY element of the property was considered by a thoughtful human wish you to feel bliss. Experience the property for yourself. Meet Rebecca, the day manager, who is fluent in English. Her recommendations were so helpful! From dinner options to taxis she helped us whenever we needed it. Every morning, meet the morning staff who prepares and serves your meal in the penthouse breakfast area. Meet your room attendants who faithfully restore your room to a comfortable condition to receive you at day's end. Even meet the grounds person and maintenance person, both careful caretakers of the greenery and property. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner. You could walk here from the airport in 20 minutes. If there was no fence, you could be there in 5 minutes! But a 5 minute taxi ride for certain. The beach and boardwalk area is about 20 minutes walking. Downtown or El Centro is about 30 minutes. The ocean and sunset is out the door, to the left, 7 minutes away. Enjoy your stay!!!

La posizione è dall'altra parte del centro. Puoi arrivare a piedi entro 15 minuti.L'appartamento stesso è buono. Sarebbe meglio se potessi usare il wifi in camera.
