Certainly, here is a more assertive version of your review with additional feedback on the room: I had an utterly unpleasant stay at Hotel Camino Real Angelopolis, and I have no qualms about giving it a scathing review. The hotel's cleaning standards were abysmal, with a noticeable lack of attention paid to maintaining a hygienic environment. Adding insult to injury, the access to the hotel was a complete disaster. The elevator was out of order, and the key access to the rooms was malfunctioning, causing major inconvenience and stress for me and my family. We had to wait for an unacceptably long time, carrying our children and luggage, just to gain entry to our room. Moreover, the room itself had numerous problems that severely impacted our stay. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy, and the bathroom had poor drainage, resulting in standing water after every shower. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the linens were threadbare, providing little comfort or rest. In my opinion, the hotel's management is entirely incompetent, with a complete lack of interest in the well-being and satisfaction of their guests. When we requested to speak to the manager, they sent a security guard who was entirely unhelpful and seemed to mock our concerns. To sum up, I would strongly advise potential guests to avoid Hotel Camino Real Angelopolis at all costs. With such a terrible cleaning standard, disastrous access, and poorly-maintained rooms, there is no reason to subject yourself to such a dismal experience.

PROS Locali sono preziosi, dal parcheggio al desk front, e tutto il viaggio verso le camere e i bagni - nessun odore, nessuna molla, nessuna tintura; e questo è rinfrescante e rassicurante... spero che questo hotel continuerà a essere curato bene. L'aspetto è moderno, elegante, fresco e pratico, che in ogni caso aggiunge per un'esperienza molto amichevole per sedie a rotelle. La camera a sedere a rotelle è comoda e facile da prenotare, e anche se la camera da bagno può fare con un paio di bar di sicurezza più vicino al bagno, è spaziosa e viene dotata di una sedia doccia sufficiente. Cons La posizione non è quello che si chiama turismo, è situato nel quartiere governativo, il che significa che non è a piedi di qualsiasi attrazione, visione o shopping. Because of the location you’ll need to get in or out by car, call it taxi, Uber or your own. Also because of the location, so packed with government offices, the area feels deserted after 6PM and on weekends. Not sure how that plays on security. Per quanto riguarda la camera con disabilità, è solo una camera con letto di dimensioni 1-queen, in qualche modo un inconveniente considerando che gli ospiti con disabilità raramente viaggiano da soli. Un'opzione di camera 2-bed sarebbe molto auspicabile. Infine, non sicuramente se per sicurezza o estetica o qualsiasi altro scopo funzionale, ma c'è una grande luce come la luce spot-like illuminating the building’s facade that becomes greatly annoying when at the disabled room -which is located on level 1. Sì, le ombre bloccano tale luce, ma se si apre anche leggermente, la quantità di luce che si spruzza in è enorme!!!
