The hotel not provide room the staff behaviour are very bad or my money are not refund property are very bad

Tv was not working, even tv replaced after 10 hrs still it was not working during the entire stay. Wash room lock was not working from checkin to checkout. Ac remote was not working in which itcwas difficult to adjust temperature and switch on off. Had complained all these but less response.

Good hotel and comfortable rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had an early morning train, and the staff had packed us delicious breakfast for our journey. The garden and patio are beautiful and spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay. Staffs are supportive and polite food are awesome, indian breakfast were too good. Atmosphere is very healthy.

Not a good place to visit ..The ac in our room failed to work just 45 mins after we checked into our room.. the hotel staff kept assuring us that the ac serviceman is on the way .. they did not even consider to put us up in another room .. the property had a very few guests as well... I have a daughter aged 2 .. she could not sleep for a second in that humid environment... the staff were useless as well... my husband and me checked out at sharp 5:30 am in the morning as the heat was unbearable.. mark my words stay away from this place and look for properties within the city limits .. there are quite a few good ones ..

Pathetic excuse for a hotel.. no functioning air conditioning unit .. they will lie to you and make you suffer through hell.. at 1 am in the morning they informed me the ac is rendered use less.. I had no options to move out with my family at that hour .. waited till 5:30 am in the morning to check out and get the hell out of that place
