Ero intorno soddisfatto dell'hotel, la mia stanza è stata sempre pulita bene e tutto è stato sempre riempito. La colazione è stata anche super e il personale molto attento, tutto è stato riempito rapidamente. L'intero hotel era molto tranquillo, non si è sentito niente dalle camere vicine. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. La posizione dell'hotel è super, non cinque minuti fino alla zona pedonale.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Wasser/im Grünen gelegen und wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt/ Bahnhof entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Ausreichende kostenpflichtige Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das komplette Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Im Außenbereich, direkt am Wasser, gibt es eine Außenterasse mit Bedienung. Unser Zimmer war sehr ansprechend mit einem schönen Badezimmer(einschl. Regenwalddusche) das, im Gegensatz zu vielen auch hochsternigen Hotels, keine Feuchtigkeitsschäden/Schimmel aufwies. Rundherum - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ho visitato l'Hotel Welcome a Paderborn per la seconda volta e posso certamente consigliarlo. Il personale è davvero gentile, attento e impegnato. Per citare un breve esempio: a causa del mio compleanno ho trovato un saluto all'hotel, incluso il cesto di frutta, nella mia stanza. Non è certo ovvio e mi è davvero molto felice! Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e luminose in entrambe le stanza. Anche i letti erano confortevoli e non passati. Alla colazione era qualcosa per ogni gusto e ogni preferenza. Anche qui tutto era fresco, igienico, diversificato e ben accessibile. Anche per i ciclisti, l'hotel è molto adatto perché è disponibile un garage a casa e si possono noleggiare biciclette elettroniche (Pegasus E-Trekking Bike, Bosch Motor) per 25€/giorno, se necessario. Mia moglie ha preso in prestito una ruota del genere e era soddisfatta durante il nostro viaggio diurno attraverso Paderborn e il suo ambiente. Un viaggio diurno come il Paderborn Seentour è chiaramente consigliabile e dovrebbe essere guidato soprattutto in estate. Torneremo anche per la terza volta!

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, helpful. Easy to navigate. Easy to walk to town, access to restaurants, has good breakfast. Rooms were clean, shower still in a bathtub, had coffee and tea in the room. Minibar content was included in the room charge.

Wunderschöner Stilmix aus historischer westfälischer Fassade und moderner bzw. in unserem Fall sehr großzügiger Zimmerausstattung. Der Empfang ist freundlich und kompetent. Die Parksituation ist problemlos (wenn man richtig anfährt). Nichts wirkt dort irgendwie gezwungen oder aufgesetzt. Ein mehr als stimmiges Gesamtbild. Abzüge würde ich beim Frühstück machen wollen. Der Kaffee ist arg dünn und wird in optisch wenig ansprechen Thermoskannen serviert. Das ist insofern schade, da Porzellan und Besteck einen sehr wertigen Eindruck machen. Butter aus der Portionspackung gehört sich nicht für so ein Haus und aus Gründern der Nachhaltigkeit schon gar nicht. Selbiges gilt für die angebotene Leberwurst, die allen Ernstes in Portionspackungen eines Lieferanten für die Großgastronomie angeboten werden. Außerdem ist der Service etwas nachlässig, wenn es um das Nachdecken von Tischen oder das Nachreichen von Kaffee geht. Dem tollen Gesamteindruck tut das aber kaum Abbruch und von daher möchte ich auch bei der vollen Punktzahl bleiben.
