出行前我讓攜程的客服幫我再把海外訂單都確認下，因為我們帶小朋友，很多房間都訂了沙發床，客服説衹要有確認號就沒問題，事實上還是會出問題。比如前台説你衹訂了一個人的房間，我出示確認函顯示兩大一小，搞了很久才勉強同意幫我們鋪沙發床。如果事先再確認好可以省很多事。 酒店本身有上百年的歷史，在老房子裏重新裝修過，很有歐洲宮廷奶奶風，套房面積闊綽，還加了了自動馬桶蓋，在歐洲很難得。 床品和布草都挺舒服的，就是行李太多不好拎上樓，內部蜿蜒曲折。備品用的是bredo，香味好聞。 早餐不算豐富，乾巴白人飯，鮮榨橙汁好喝。 服務算奧地利地區比較nice的，英語交流沒問題。

非常好的一家酒店有情調

Can't say enough good things. Great staff and very helpful. Received an upgrade to a one bedroom suite for my Bonvoy status. The room was very large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is very luxurious and spacious. loved the warm floors, bidet and towel warmer. The in-room coffee maker is pretty fancy and needs to have instructions next to it on how to use it. The one disappointment in the room was the sofa. Extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Also, the AC only goes to 18degrees C. Personally we like it cooler. The beauty of the hotel let us overlook the temp. and go with being a little warm at night. Love the fact that there were motion sensor lights under the night stands, large mirrors and bathroom to help guide you at night if you got up out of bed. Sat at the bar a couple of times for drinks. Nice little bar and nice bartenders. Ate in the main restaurant. The food was excellent. Had the schnitzel. Not sure what its supposed to taste like since i have never had it before but it tasted really good. Had a nice Austrian wine. After you check in, everyone in the hotel will know you by name and greet you by name. Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Would definitely stay again if in the area. The location is right on the main street in old town.

What an amazing and charming hotel. And right in middle of action in Salzburg. A few doors down from Mozart birthplace. The best part of this hotel is its hospitality. Some of the nicest people welcoming you. Good breakfast as well. Get castle facing room if possible.

To start off, our room was not ready when we arrived so we left our luggage to be brought to the room when it became available. We then went off on an afternoon tour, stopping for dinner on the way back. When we got to our room around 8:00 PM ,only my partner’s bags had been put in the room. (We have different last names though I made the reservation in my name.) The room is oddly configured with insufficient space for luggage in the bedroom. I have had to put my suitcase under the staircase and already banged my head once reaching under the stairs for items in my suitcase. To reach the bathroom, you must climb a short flight of stairs which is dangerous in the dark at night. There is an upstairs sitting area which we will use little if at all. The window in the bedroom looks out to surrounding walls. Overall, I am not impressed at all.

A beautiful classic hotel with wonderful service. The location is perfect. Our room was very comfortable and very quiet despite being in a central location. We walked everywhere and despite rainy weather we were able to enjoy the beautiful views. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and the food and service were excellent.

Wonderful stay that we'd gladly do again. And again. Excellent location near the tunnel, center of old Saltzburg/shops, and elevator/lift to the fortress level. Staff outstanding with all areas of help. Tip #1: some upper rooms have views of the fortress, which you can seek. Tip #2: there are many stairs between/among the 3 joined buildings, so if those are a problem, discuss at the time of booking and they can find one with minimal stairs. Tip #3: if you want to park your own car, the parking is on the other side (southwest side) of the tunnel; park there and walk through the hill/bluff. Breakfast was outstanding, with a lot of variety both on buffet and menu.

10 out of 10 for service, location and comfort. The hotel is quintessential Austrian and their hospitality is second to none. What a fabulous stay. Also the hotel is located on the most adorable pedestrian street in the center of town. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend the restaurant and a tour of Eagles Nest. ❤️❤️❤️
