Not in the city centre but tram outside hotel takes you to the city in 20 mins. Free parking available. Rooms were decent but we noticed couple of small cockroaches.

Housekeeping service was poor. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and requested housekeeping but they only came once, for which they only emptied the trash. Bedding and towels were not tidied up and supplies were not refilled. The cleaning staff accidentally came into our room at 8am when we were inside, no knocking or apologies. We placed a clean up sign on the door knob before we left in the morning but the room was not cleaned when we came back in the evening, despite the sign being turned around by someone. The bins also had no bin liners which was odd, and our trash was not emptied for most nights. Location was quite far away from city centre or train station, takes 20-30 mins, 2 buses (transfer in between) to get to train station. Receptionist was friendly and willing to help. However I don’t think I will be staying again.

Everything was great, except the lady in the reception that asked us to pay 20€ extra JUST for early check in. She also insisted that I haven’t paid for the room, even when I showed the proof of the payment. At the end it was her fault and she said sorry for it.

For us it was a good overnight stop with good clean room, friendly staff and easy parking. Didn't go out into the local area but there were a few restaurants around.

It was a good stay at this hotel! Everything was up to date with friendly staff.

Location wise was great, direct tram services to the city centre. Just that the receptionist wasn’t that polite and friendly. Quite poor services provided by him. Also, I have made prepayment online via trip.com, but the receptionist insisted that I did not make my payment. It was only when I showed him my receipt of payment then he took it that I have paid and process my check out.

Very nice hotel, with a good breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful. Although it isn't in the centre, there are very regular buses from right outside the hotel which only take 15 minutes.

Great hotel in general, very clean, nice toilet, well equipped. Location wise not that great but for the price in Austria it’s reasonable. Supermarkets and eateries are within walking distance. For those who drive it’s free parking which is great!

The room is clean and tidy, not far from the train station.

Under road construction now. Entrance was cofused. Not bad totally. Generally satisfied.

很滿意。在酒店邊上有家中國人開的自助餐廳，價格隨然貴了點，但菜品十分豐富而且有中文服務員。酒店早餐也不錯。停車方便。

綺麗なホテルで、清潔感がありました。また、ロケーションについては少し市内からは遠いですが、すごい遠いわけではないです。
