樓店在老城區的核心位置，樓下就是老城商業街。酒店是老建築，有電梯。特別是酒店的服務員，特別熱情，服務細緻，值得稱讚！酒店的設施設備非常好，房間乾淨衞生。來薩爾茨堡旅遊，這家酒店是非常好的選擇。

Un hotel nel cuore di Salisburgo. Parcheggio auto a pochi minuti a piedi, pagando la sosta in Hotel si ottiene un prezzo migliore. Un palazzo storico con ristrutturazione "moderna" delle camere. Non una camera ampia ma comoda. Un bagno di normali dimensioni. Ristorante al piano terra valido. Colazione assolutamente negativa: porzioni, scelta. Piccole porzioni di formaggio e una fettina di prosciutto, 2 cucchiaini di marmellata in un piccolo contenitore! Il tutto già preparato la sera quindi non fresco e copeto/avvolto in domopak trasparente. Molto delusi. Da migliorare oppure da NON proporre, meglio uscire e andare in un locale esterno. Certamente invece i complimenti alla Signora che ci ha accolto alla reception, gentile, simpatica, disponibile e al collega che la sera precedente ci ha confermato la prenotazione.

My Wife and I enjoyed this hotel in quiet part of the heart of Salzburg so much! The room was quiet lovely and had a beautiful decor! The food in the restaurant was so wonderful and the fish was cooked perfectly. What made the hotel special was the General Manager Ulrike who welcomed us with warm towels and a wonderful toast for two of prosecco! She made us feel like family! What a great place and this hotel was a highlight of beautiful Salzburg!! Thanks again to Ulrike

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. We just love it’s appointments and furnishings. It’s is great location to walk around and sightsee. We did have trouble finding it, and finding parking, which was frustrating but well worth it; we would certainly go back and stay here again.

Service was fabulous. Location in center of old town. Breakfast is great. Best orange juice ever! Dinner is also wonderful. It’s a magical place. Go see the fortresses and enjoy the all this city offers. We had a suite which was nice overlooking the street.

What a fantastic stay we had at Hotel Goldgasse! The location is absolutely perfect for walking to all the sites and restaurants. Our upgraded (Thanks Ulrike!) mini suite on the 4th floor was spotless and the perfect amount of space and amenities for our 3 night stay. Great bed, coffee bar, modern bathroom with walk in shower. We were thrilled there was an elevator in this hotel as most European hotels don't have one. Breakfast and lunch at the downstairs hotel were both delicious (really sorry we didn't have dinner there as well). The croissant at breakfast was the BEST I'd ever eaten! The restaurant staff are very friendly and everyone speaks good english. But, the best of all was Ulrike. As many have said before, she is an absolute gem. So accommodating, full of information and above all just the sweetest person! SHE alone is the reason to book this hotel. Thank you Ulrike. As I said when we left, you simply made our entire vacation. Miss Susan

One of the most perfect stay ever! We arrived around 3pm to two glasses of sparkling wine, what a great welcome. We booked the junior suite on fourth floor and it was absolutely amazing. The lady of the house is absolutely friendly, lots of recommendations when it comes to sightseeing, places to visit, cafes and restaurants. We love her story telling and always with a smile! We were given a voucher for the car park (follow their parking instructions, it is perfect) so no drama there as well. Salzburg is a great city to walk around, and as a base to visit Halstatt & St Wolfgang and this is the best hotel for this purpose.

Very nice experience with Ulrika as our host. Room was uniquely decorated, with great bathroom and rain shower. Breakfast continental style plus eggs to order. Everything tasty. All sorts of drink choices including good cappuccino. They are leaving Hyatt small hotels in May. Too bad.
