We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Goldglasse. It is a very small hotel. There is no lobby just a little room where we checked in by a delightful lady (sorry I didn't catch her name). She offered us a glass of sparkling wine or tea and then showed us to our room. The room was very spacious with a separate seating area. The bathroom was clean, bright and modern and the shower was great. The little details sometimes make or break a hotel stay for me and there was such great attention to detail here. There were luxury feeling products in the bathroom including conditioner and body lotion which you often don't get. There was a kettle as well as a high quality coffee maker. Even the hairdryer was of a much better standard than normal hotel hairdryers. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great - right in the old town and not more than 10 mins walk from all the main sights. Lovely bakery at the end of the road (turn right out of the hotel). Overall a great little hotel that I would highly recommend.

樓店在老城區的核心位置，樓下就是老城商業街。酒店是老建築，有電梯。特別是酒店的服務員，特別熱情，服務細緻，值得稱讚！酒店的設施設備非常好，房間乾淨衞生。來薩爾茨堡旅遊，這家酒店是非常好的選擇。

We got home yesterday,after spending three nights here and celebrating our twentieth wedding anniversary. I was truly blown away by the location and it's wonderful hotel. Food was excellent and the staff were very warm and friendly. The lady of the house was very warm and seemed so very caring and wanted me to be careful as I have to walk with a crutch due to a knee injury. Every hotel should have one like her!!!

I highly recommend Hotel Goldgasse. It's not only an outstanding charming hotel, but an awesome hotel that made me feel as home. All the staff is a treasure and has a unique approach to clients with warmth and sincerety second to none. I admire the way they treat you as family . Ulrike, Nico, Amin, and all the staff provide an E.X.C.E.L.L.E.N.T service and every time I need them “They were there for me as heaven”. This is the only way to describe happiness and customer satisfaction!

Fantastic welcome and overall service level from arrival to departure. Lovely restaurant and staff very attractive. Location unbeatable, so my advice just book it! Wife and I lucky to travel widely and have had some amazing stays and occasional disaster so comments are genuine as we always research comments before committing ourselves

My Wife and I enjoyed this hotel in quiet part of the heart of Salzburg so much! The room was quiet lovely and had a beautiful decor! The food in the restaurant was so wonderful and the fish was cooked perfectly. What made the hotel special was the General Manager Ulrike who welcomed us with warm towels and a wonderful toast for two of prosecco! She made us feel like family! What a great place and this hotel was a highlight of beautiful Salzburg!! Thanks again to Ulrike

Quite possibly the best hotel experience of my life - from Ulrike's warm welcome, the exquisite bed linens, warm towels, tea kettle and divine shower supplies, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The breakfast was superb, served by our warm and lovely morning waitress, delicious coffee and food. We felt like the salt and pepper shakers might come alive and start singing Be My Guest at any moment. I hope my daughter's synchronized figure skating team will return to the Mozart Cup again and I will be able to enjoy the Hotel Goldgasse again in my lifetime. Thank you, Ulrike, for the best weekend in Salzburg.

Like others, we found the welcome from the host a great experience. The room was large by European standards and the bed was comfy. Everything we wanted and more. Really can’t understand how anyone can fault this Hotel. It was personal, modern and comfortable. Looking forward to returning! Location can’t be beat.
