Hotel in zona Planet Outdoor store, Salvador

Le camere dell'hotel non sono molto buone, colazione , deve migliorare molto, poca opzione di cibo aveva solo torta sul tavolo. assistenza del receptionista molto buona, ma quelle della cucina tutto di faccia fegato, al colazione ho mangiato un mammiferio che sembrava distrutto, ho vomitato all'ora ...

Dalle mie prenotazioni, fino al checkout, ho avuto un'ottima esperienza... Quando sono arrivati all'hotel alle receptioniste della sera, mi hanno ascoltato FOF tutte le informazioni precise, con buona attenzione e educazione. Camera confortevole, aria condizionata e vista sul mare!  Caffè mattina molto ampio, con tutto fresco e pulito!  Senza dubbio ritornerò più volte!!!

Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful. It is right on the top of the hill of Rio Vermelho and it offers a free service from the hotel to the main street and the other way around. When we arrived we found very nice receptionists. We were initially given an accessible room, we requested to change it as we were there to celebrate our honeymoon. One evening the hotel staff treated us with strawberries, chocolate and 2 brigadeiros ＜3 The room was very nice and clean, with all the comforts. The breakfast, unfortunately, wasn't very good. The quality was poor. The positive thing is that we could order omelettes and tapiocas cooked at the moment. All the staff very nice and friendly. Definitely recommended! :)

L'Aquarena Hotel è un hotel in una zona ben gestita, si trova davanti ad un avvento e quindi il rumore delle auto può essere un disturbo. il check-in è stato ritardato e confuso, aveva già effettuato il pagamento del 50% e comunque sono stato recuperato, E' necessario rimandare la prova per risolvere il problema che dovrebbe essere in un sistema dell'hotel. Ancora, alcune camere non hanno frigo, ma l'hotel vende acqua e frigorifero in ricezione, il dettaglio è per il pagamento, deve essere immediatamente non essere possibile mettere sul conto della camera, o si ha come pagare immediatamente o non porta. L'arrivo all'hotel è facile, si trova vicino alla Fonte Nova, il GPS non ha avuto problemi a trovare. La camera è molto piccola, il bagno idem, una persona più grande passerà molto stretto. Il colazione è molto modesto, il punto forte si trova in conto della tapioca fatta all'ora. In più, l'hotel ha un buon costo e vantaggio ma non è uno dei migliori.

Tutto è stato fantastico! Il personale è la stella di questo hotel e un rinfresco in tutta la nostra esperienza.Abbiamo una vista sul mare e la vista è davvero stupenda! Sorridi alla signora Linda, la persona che fa il nostro meraviglioso succo di frutta ogni mattina. È FANTASTIC. È il miglior esempio di un baiano con tutte le sue buone vibrazioni e sorrisi mattinali.

Il prezzo pagato è eccezionale. La posizione è sicura, a 5 metri dalla spiaggia (circa quanto vicino un hotel può raggiungere) e a pochi minuti a piedi dai supermercati, dai ristoranti e da altre strutture. Il colazione come sempre è il caso con gli hotel Rede Andrade è vario e grande. Questa filiale dell'hotel è molto più bello di altri due che ho soggiornato in Salvador con una comoda zona di lobby e fuori da un giardino. Anche se la mia camera era mal rappresentata come ”un appartamento” quando è una stanza normale, mi piaceva, visto il prezzo basso pagato. Ho una vista sul mare e la camera conteneva le caratteristiche necessarie, cioè frigorifero, TV, doccia calda, acc e asciugamani/saponi. Il WiFi era terribile, ma senza segnale in tutta la stanza. Oltre a quest'ultima, tutto era grande come il personale.

This is basically a convention hotel surrounded by medical practices not far from a dirty beach and away from ALL major attractions in the city - in theory and in practice, not the best choice for tourists in Salvador or those visiting it for the first time, it's a fact. No wonder it is often busy with congress members, groups from other states or patients from the hospitals and clinics nearby. That being said, it is not a bad hotel at all, though some update and renovation is urgently needed. Staff is most kind and friendly, be it reception, housekeeping or restaurant. Rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is assorted, parking is available at a (high) fee. TV has tons of channels, internet works really great, the pool is not to be missed. This was my third time in the hotel and each had a fulfilled purpose. Just make sure it is the right choice to meet your purpose.

O hotel é bem legal e com uma vista fantástica. O rooftop é maravilhoso, tem uma vista incrível, ambiente super agradável, atendimento do bar é muito bom. Passamos o dia todo pegando sol, banho de piscina, drinks espetaculares, recomendamos o ”Maria Quitéria”. O quarto é bastante amplo, limpo, com ar condicionado, frigobar, mesa para trabalho. Banheiro também amplo, só a água do chuveiro que poderia ser bem mais quente. O serviço de quarto do restaurante é muito bom e rápido. Café da manhã bem variado e ambiente aconchegante. A localização do hotel é muito boa, fica ao lado do Shopping Salvador, nem cinco minutos a pé. Tem estacionamento, R$ 12,00 a diária. O atendimento da recepção é ótimo, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. Ficamos hospedados cinco noites no quarto com vista para o mar no 23º andar. Foi uma estadia muito boa, recomendamos!

We come from Germany and this hotel was recommended to me in advance by friends. And it is really great! We also recommend it very much! The quiet location directly on the beautiful beach is paradise! The owner welcomed us very warmly and always took time for a nice chat with us and had helpful travel tips. The service is great, the staff very friendly and the food excellent! The incredibly varied breakfast is prepared with love and offers every day different delicious highlights. The hotel is the perfect place to relax by the pool or sea and really enjoy yourself! We will definitely like to come back!

The Novotel Salvador Hangar Aeroporto best features are its location near the airport, newer facilities than most properties in Salvador, and it operates under the ACCOR hotel brand. Despite these advantages, I must report a unacceptable experience during my stay December 28th to 31st 2022 followed by deplorable managerial customer service in response to verified and documented service failures. I have reported these issues to my travel agency, my corporate travel unit, and my personal travel networks. As I discovered this property using Trip Advisor, I have decided to report this matter for the benefit of my fellow readers. I do not recommend this property for business travelers nor cultural tourism travelers (especially not those seeking afro-Brazilian tourism or those welcoming to the African diaspora). I share some reasons herein: • Unreliable Service: During my stay I experienced one major internet outage over six business hours, as well as minor room outages (less than 30 minutes) on each day of my stay. This hotel was advertised as catering to business travelers, but the hotel provided no updates when internet would be restored despite repeated requests. I did not receive any support to manage the disruption to my teleworking, and personnel were unable/unwilling to facilitate solutions (At one point, I was recommended to use the free internet of one of the shopping malls. Imagine carrying expensive computer equipment to what my taxi driver warned was a “high crime” area). Sadly, the ability of the reception staff to identify solutions was more unreliable than the internet service. • Poor Room Quality: This hotel advertises rooms of high standards of quality, and I am sure many receive good rooms. However, I received a room that was both substandard quality (bathroom sidings and interior furniture water damaged, door malfunction, refrigerator malfunction) and pollutted by the buildings HVAC exhaust being poorly designed, allowing exhaust to flow against rooms on the lower floor (high noise pollution noticeable when sleeping). I believe most guests do not have this experience, as the issue likely affects few rooms on the lower floors. However, when choosing this property, one must ask the question, how does the receptionist decide who receives these rooms which experience high dust inflow and high noise pollution (I have videos and photos available upon request). Why are some customers placed in quality rooms, and others assigned to substandard rooms (noting the hotel has standard room types based on bed requirements)? Why did this hotel property assume that one of their few afro-descendent customers would accept the worst room in the property? • Deplorable Managerial Level Customer Service: Upon checkout, a customer service representative noted my dissatisfaction with my hotel experience, and asked if I would be willing to receive inquires from hotel management the next business day.
