H10 Delfin- Only Adults

Lovely and spotlessly clean adults only hotel. Foyer, reception bar and pool areas all most impressive. We stayed on a half board basis and were worried as to how the food would be. We needn't have worried, food options were great. Loved it.

Very good place to stay friendly staff very helpful speak English but entertainment is bit of both and swimming pool is good and food is lovely close to shops and rooms are clean daily and close to beach had a few trips out we went to zoo and theme park I will come back here in the future

Excellent hotel in the heart of Salou, and will certainly be our 1st choice when we return to Salou. The public areas certainly give the feel of being in a 4*boutique style hotel, and all the staff we interacted with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My only critique would be that the reception area and lounge didn’t need the air con during the period of our visit and made relaxing in the bar area less comfortable than it could have been. Having said that it was refreshing to note that the bar prices were amongst the cheapest in town - unusual for a 4* hotel! We found the quality and variety of food in the restaurant to be of a good standard and met the expectations of all members of our group. Rooms were spotlessly clean and serviced daily.

Unlike the previous review, this hotel is fabulous, the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. The hotel itself is wonderfully situated right in the heart of Salou, only a short walk to anywhere. The hotel is spotless and the staffs attention to detail is second to none. The food unlike the last reviewer was fantastic, a wonderful choice of foods well presented and something for everyone. The only inconvenience is that you have to pay €1 for a small bottle of water or €1.90 for a large one, have to wait for staff to come around, your dinner could be eaten by then. I’d advise purchasing your water before sitting and eating. There is entertainment in the hotel every night and it’s a nice relaxing a**osphere if you’ve spent the day sight seeing and walking. I would highly recommend this hotel and my wife and I will definitely return here in the near future.

The hotel overall was beautiful and well situated, five minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. However lots of rules and restrictions, all access to pool areas locked until 9am, you could get free water if you bought a bottle at €4 which doesn't break the bank but the water machine is by the pool so if you want an early morning stroll you cannot get water. You are refused extra ice for drinks even bought at the bar as it was management rules- ridiculous. No air conditioning in the room which are stuffy, they don't turn on the system until June, again ridiculous. No kettle in the rooms, you could hire one for €20. Minimal plug sockets just one in the bedroom which is very inconvenient. The food was bland and not much choice. Overall not a very relaxing stay, stiff and uncomfortable, we will not be returning.

Located in the centre of Salou in the biggest shopping area a short walk from the seafront promenade. A great adults only hotel. We were slightly apprehensive before arrival because of some previous negative reviews but were absolutely delighted on arrival with the amazing reception ,lobby bar, lounge and bright airy pleasant bedroom. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff in reception, dining room, bars and domestics.The manageress should be very proud of her professional hardworking and friendly staff. We found the food to be varied and of a high standard. All available beverages were also very reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning.

We had mixed feelings about this hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were friendly. The food was good but choices are limited - it seemed like we had a different offering of Pork and fish dishes every night, but rarely chicken and never beef. The prices in the bar were reasonable and bar staff were helpful. We too had the scalding and freezing experience with the showers, it would be just right then all of a sudden go scalding hot then a few seconds later freezing cold, it was almost impossible to have a shower and there are no baths. When we complained to reception about it on Saturday they said it was due to be fixed on Monday, but it never happened. Also the air conditioning was in rooms but it isn’t switched on until June, so our room was stuffy. We tried sleeping with the balcony door slightly open but it was so noisy with motorbikes and cars racing or people partying till the early hours (not to criticise them as they are just enjoying themselves) we hardly got any sleep. The room towels were changed daily but beds were not always made. The entertainment was very much geared to the 1960s era, so not for us. The rooms are also looking a bit tired, the furniture is old fashioned and there isn’t a lot of shelf/drawer space for your smaller items of clothes, on a more positive note though the beds were comfortable, I don’t think we will be going back to this hotel sadly.
