Nou van de reviews klopt weinig. Het was een smerig hotel en personeel doet net of het van niks weet. De matrassen waren keihard en elke veer was voelbaar. Het bedframe was een houtenplank met 4 pootjes. Poepvlekken in bed. Zwarte schimmel overal. Lampen die het niet deden. Tv midden in de loopruimte om 1.75 hoogte waardoor ik meerdere malen hard mijn hoofd heb gestoten. Wc bril was versleten, kalkaanslag over het hele plafond. Muren stellen niks voor en het is enorm luidruchtig. We hadden extreem ziek kunnen worden als de airco was aangezet omdat daar ook schimmel aanwezig is. Ik raad iedereen af ooit naar dit hotel te gaan en ik hoop dat ze een keer beboet worden want ze spelen met de gezondheid van hun bezoekers. Wij komen hier nooit meer!!! 3 sterren is complete onzin ze verdienen nog niet eens 1 ster!

I'm writing this as one of the noisy school children, all reviewers are raving about, and can I just say, I have not yet visited, but all these angry people are really putting me off! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I am a widower I travel solo. I stayed in 2022 in a room overlooking the pool. As there are mostly Spanish visitors there is absolutely NO rowdiness. They have parties of school children who are incredibly well behaved. My room this time in 2024 was on the top floor with a two metre high balcony wall so not as pleasant as on my first visit. There is plenty of food choice with Spanish style flavours, I enjoyed every single meal. Beds are fine, 5 minutes to the fountain and beach. No negatives from me, well done Santa Monica.

Came to visit with a friend the hotel is really friendly clean and everything you need for a few days in the sun! Food was amazing for what we paid but mostly the staff are so welcoming especially bidal at the pool bar, nothing was too much trouble for him! A total asset to your hotel already planning my next visit!! Thankyou Santa Monica playa

Hi this hotel is very clean. Towel changed every day. Beds made every day. Change every other. No kettle ect in room but there was a hair dryer. Couldn't fault the staff. They all work hard an very friendly. We were half board. Breakfast had good choice cold selection, ( meats, cheeses, pastries, cornflakes, breads ect. Hot food normal eggs, bacon, sausage, beans. One morning there was pancakes. Evening meal was varied 3 lots different meats, fries, boiled potato, mash. All different lasagne, stews, pasta, spaghetti, vegetables, ect. They covered it all. Vegen. Picky eaters. Children. Ect. Food was only luke warm but there is microwaves if you wanted them. Staff busy in restaurant all day but still very friendly. Hotel was advertised with entertainment but we only had it one night. Which didn't bother us. ( chaplins across the road.) Very central to everything you need. Lots school children very polite an quite. Had few stag groups arrive before we left but they were well behaved as well. Sercurity was on hand all the time. Life guard round pool. I couldn't fault this hotel for the money it should be 4 stars. Will definitely go back. When I'm next in salou. Thankyou to all at the hotel.

3 star hotel but 5 star service . 3rd time visiting, normally by myself but this time with family and staff as always made us feel welcome. Hotel is 5 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned every day. Always plenty of choice in the restaurant, even for a fussy eater. Rooms are basic, ie no kettle or fridge, but how much time do you actually spend in your room? Beds are comfy and plenty of wardrobe space. I will be returning again as do a lot of their guests. For the price of the hotel, location and the friendliness of the staff this hotel is one to book. Ignore the negative reviews.
