Viaggiato con due bambini, mi sono trovata benissimo, ottimo lo staff, camere sempre pulite e cibo buono. Anche la posizione vabene, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro, presenti nelle vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti e negozi. Consigliatissimo

Fantastic hotel and staff especially with my son with special needs. They went out of there way to help us in every way. The service and kids team were second to none. Very close to beach and a nice and relaxed place to visit. Food was fantastic and pools were lovely

We had heard great things about this hotel before we came with my wife, two children 6 & 15 years old (the eldest one has special needs) and my parents. We have never experienced a better hotel in all our years of going on holiday. From arrival to leaving it was simply brilliant. The location is great and less than 10 mins in a taxi to the theme parks and shopping centres. The beach is about 5 mins walk. The room we selected was a family suite with pool view which was very big with a large wrap around balcony and was perfect for us. The food was excellent with a huge variety every day. The kids club and the hotel animation team were absolutely fantastic and put on loads of activities everyday and there were great entertainment acts on each night. The highlight for us though were all the staff who took great time with our children especially our eldest son and the two kids loved every minute of it. We will be coming back in a few months and we cannot recommend this hotel any higher

Hotel is located around 10 mins from the main *****/beach. Weather was better than expected so that was a bonus. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and the staff are helpful and polite. Only disappointment was the room, the soundproofing is poor so you can hear everything from the adjoining room. We would usually put the TV on to drown out the noise from nextdoor but the remote control and the TV were archaic and didn't work very well. Not a big issue for us but I wonder how much noisier it is in the height of the season. Plenty of facilities, gym looked great, pool areas are well kept.

Indoor pool was filthy and we all ended up on antibiotics when we returned home. Noise of other rooms was horrible. Woke early every morning to next room talking and dragging chairs. We need a holiday after returning from here we are wrecked. Only positive is the staff and cleanliness of inside the hotel. Staff were polite and worked extremely long hours. Overall hotel was clean. They should shut down indoor pool it's a breathing ground for germs.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Location great. I travelled with my friend on 13th April on a four day trip and we were not disappointed. Our room was beautiful and w spotless. Olga our cleaner came in every day with fresh towels and also changed the sheets on the 2nd day. Our room had a double and single bed, beds are of high quality and so comfy. The reception staff are so lovely and helpful. They informed us the hotel has recently been revamped which we could see from the room we had plus from the time we arrived. It is spotlessly clean and a lovely fresh smell lingers in the foyer everyday. The buffet breakfast is fabulous with a fantastic choice of hot and cold foods, breads, croissants you can even get your glass of prosecco . choice of 3 pools and loads of sunbeds. We had lunch 2 days at the pool bar restaurant and was beautiful and reasonable. Would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed.

Excellent hotel I have just stayed in golden port I cannot fault this hotel in any way from the minute you walk in the door staff were brilliant .I arrived late and reception were so quick to get me sorted so I could go to bed My room was perfect it had everything you could need most of all it was spotless. The cleaning staff were in every day changed my towels and changed bed twice in the week unfortunately I didn't get cleaning lady name she was absolutely lovely a lovely smile and always made sure I had what I needed The food in restaurant was very good great choices for breakfast to suit everyone. Evening meal was same great selection from your starter to your dessert . The hotel was in perfect location the town centre 15 minutes walk the beach was a lovely area plenty of restaurants and bars to sit out in the walk to the harbour was lovely I highly recommend this 4 star hotel

My Husband and myself had a lovely week here with my Sister and Brother-in-law from the 13th-20th April and had a smashing time. Hotel very clean and modern. Everywhere was immaculate. You could not fault anything . We emailed beforehand and asked for a low floor which was no problem at all. What a lovely room it was. The staff were lovely and helpful. The food and drink outstanding. We were all inclusive and it is one of the best we have been to. You would have to be very picky to find a fault with this hotel. We WILL be booking again. All I will say is the week we went not all the bars were open in the town itself but that did not matter you had everything you could want in the hotel. Thank you to the bar staff in particular , you were the best, with a lovely bar manager. Forgot to mention there was an act of a Mother and her two sons called Sheila Weaver and the Weavers at the hotel on the Tuesday night. They were fabulous. What a cracking night we had.
