40 minutos antes de la hora de salida entró una limpiadora en nuestra habitación sin preguntar si había nadie ni llamar a la puerta. Me parece una falta de respeto total, yo aún estaba a medio vestir. Por lo demás perfecto, comida bien, instalaciones también, limpieza bien aunque si había algunas manchas naranjas en el bidet que frotando con el dedo salían, cosa que indica que no lo han limpiado muy a fondo... También, es un hotel familiar, lleno de niños. La piscina obviamente llena de niños también, si tienes hijos es buen sitio, si no puede agobiar un poco.

L'otel più spettacolare di Salou il migliore animazione, Mercedes y Sebas molto gentile e famigliare. Camerieri del bar molto attenti. Il mangiare molto buono Pulizia tutto ok Abbiamo passato una vacanze meravigliose,lo consiglio a tutti I miei amici

Buon hotel, ottima posizione, camere ampie e ben condizionate. Qualità del cibo buona e cene a tema che aiutano a variare un po' la proposta. Solo due aspetti negativi: piscina piccola e sovraffollata, impossibile trovare una sdraio libera perché dalle 8 la gente si mette in coda per andarle ad occupare e poi andare a far colazione con calma; connessione Wi-Fi pessima, a parte nella hall non c'è ricezione da nessun'altra parte. Io ero al primo piano e non prendeva nulla.

Hotel was fabulous room was perfect food was excellent and drinks were also good as we were all inclusive very close to everything in resort only downside of hotel is lifts always waiting 5 mins for 1 as we were on 6th floor but this was very minor issue hotel was spotless and staff always available to help any time of day all in all a great holiday and will definitely be back to this great family hotel and resort thanks for a smashing holiday

OVERALL Amazing holiday for a family of 4 (kids aged 8 & 6). Great hotel, excellent location and would recommend!! PROS Check in was so quick and smooth. Shower was amazing, always hot and powerful. Complimentary drinks in room. Rooms cleaned every day. Amazing selection of delicious food with different themes for dinner most nights. Quick bar staff. Easy to get beds around the pool. Friendly staff. Really close to beach / bars. CONS Loud guests late at night & early in the morning - kids running up and down the halls, doors slamming etc. Walls seem to be paper thin - I wish I’d brought my ear plugs! Mini disco was good but adult entertainment was a bit naff - we had one decent night of Brazilian dancers. Kids club isn’t like a normal kids club - kids can come and go as they please. The pool is quite small compared to the amount of guests so gets very crowded.

Hotel and grub good never seen any of the entertainment only one downside the sun beds there should be a hotel policy where if your not there for a length of time they get removed the amount of people that put towels down at 0730 is ridiculous, everyday you would see towels on beds and no one near them all day selfishness at the highest level

Just back after 10days, Food was lovely,snack bar and ice creams/lollies best I’ve had in an all inclusive. Drinks lovely slushy for the kids. Clean hotel and staff were lovely. Pool was lovely sunbed wars at 8.30am but that was fine always room for everyone. Massive negative 100’s of school kids/dance groups at the hotel in the day u didn’t see them,at night from 12am-3am they were screaming fighting in the corridors knocking our door running off we had no sleep,told receptionist but still continued throughout the holiday,this massively let the hotel down if it wasn’t for them I would of given a higher rating and returned but a holiday with no sleep equals miserable children and parents the manager really needs to sort this issue out.

Just arrived back from 14 nights at this hotel as a family, 2 adults 3 children (11,7 & 3 months) Hotel is very clean, staff are welcoming and friendly. Food was your typical all inclusive but more tasty and lots of options! Drinks were fantastic bar staff couldn’t do enough for you. They even had bottled water which was amazing for baby. Entertainment staff were amazing (Mercedes and Sebas) my daughter loved it although I think they could do with a few more members of staff so they could do more activities throughout the day. Evening entertainment was hit and miss. Overall we had an amazing holiday and will 100% be back!!

Loved the hotel we were a party of 16 only downside was some of the food was often cold even if you were there at the start of meal times. Being AI we were amazed at your meal staff served you with drinks being bottles of Pepsi, orange & bottles of lager if you asked for a wine you were offered a bottle. The ice cream section in the bar was amazing with brand named ice lollys all included kids and adults loved it. Would definitely return in the hope that they sorted out the hot food section. We were unlucky with the weather but was still a great holiday
