Hôtel parfait , le personnel est sympathique , tous sans exception nous sommes restés 1 nuit de plus soit au total 4 nuits , les chambres propres , l'hôtel aussi , un endroit parfait pour se détendre .
Quand nous reviendrons c'est sûr c'est ici que nous déposerons nos valises !

L'hotel è molto ben tenuto e pulitissimo, lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile, i ragazzi dell'animazione sono bravissimi e con tutto che non siamo amanti di questo genere d'intrattenimento sono riusciti a coinvolgerci in un paio di occasioni, facendoci preferire rimanere in hotel piuttosto che uscire, ed è un'ottima occasione anche per socializzare con altri ospiti. Il buffet della colazione e della cena (a pranzo non l'abbiamo provato) e vario e ce n'è per tutti i gusti, le bevande che sono escluse hanno prezzi onestissimi per un hotel e anche nei bar interni i prezzi sono contenuti. È in un'ottima posizione rispetto ai locali, ai vari negozietti e alla spiaggia. In zona ci sono anche diversi parchi divertimenti e acquatici, molto divertenti per tutta la famiglia. A metà giugno in generale siamo sempre riusciti a parcheggiare davanti la porta (parcheggio pubblico che in alcuni orari è a pagamento, si può pagare comodamente con una fantastica app dedicata), il sabato sera invece consiglierei se siete in macchina di non spostarla se intendete rientrare in hotel tra le 18 e le 6 di mattina, perché essendo vicino alle discoteche ci abbiamo messo 2 ore per parcheggiare alla fine a 3 km. Anche l'hotel dispone di un'app per poter richiedere i vari servizi come asciugamani supplementari, riparazioni in stanza e quant'altro. Sono molto soddisfatta del soggiorno e ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Great and friendly team was really engaging in activities and customer service made sure everything was to our liking. The drinks were outstanding and food was great really convienent and always served hot. The rooms were clean and spacious. All members of staff were very friendly and professional. Would definitely go back.

Excellent hotel, very friendly, fabulous food lots of choice, clean room everyday including towels. Animation team were superb, great games, included everybody, Arian, axle, Adrian Nico, excellent with children, they ran an excellent kids club. We will definitely go back in a heartbeat

This is our second time in two years staying at Ohtels Villa Dorada, We absolutely love it!! Great choice of food with a wide variety to choose from, nice snacks like hot dogs, fries and burgers are also available along with drinks and cocktails from the bar included all day with our all inclusive pass. The hotel staff are great and are always cleaning, extremely helpful and polite. They will go the extra mile to ensure your stay at the hotel is a great experience. The highlight of both stays has to be the fantastic entertainment team. Elias, Arian, Axel, Nico and Adrian are some of the best entertainers in Spain...Great with the kids and adults. They're fantastic at what they do they made our family holiday the best for 2 years running..Hats off to you!! We will be back again that is for sure. We honestly can't fault our stay on both occasions!! Thank you to the Ohtel Villa Dorada team

I have been to this hotel twice and both times have been amazing! We came at the end of May and have really enjoyed the stay. All the staff are very accommodating and helpful if you need taxis, information or help. The food is okay just like normal hotel food but there is a hot bit at the top where you can get pancakes, omelets and burgers made fresh which was great. I would definitely say the best part about this hotel is the entertainment team as they are just amazing. You can tell they enjoy what they are doing and make an effort with everyone not just children which I thought was amazing as everybody was able to join in on the activities. I would like to especially mention Elias, Arián, axel, nico and Adrian these are all the entertainers without them they holiday wouldn’t have been anywhere near as good! They do a range of activities and on the last night even allowed us to jump in the pool thank use all for an amazing time use really made our holiday!

I’ll start off with the entertainment team is the best I’ve ever experienced the 4 guys were amazing took care of us sat down took us to a bar I had so much fun when with them the shows at night will have you buckled with laughter. They were so nice and with very good English. The other staff were always willing to help. The food was bang average there’s always something to eat but I’ve had a lot worse. It’s close to everything you need shops and 2 beaches. Portaventura is a must.

We stayed at this hotel. On first sight clean and tidy. We now know that the chances are the sheets had not been changed and had we been more educated we would have know it was a sign of bed bugs. It wasn’t until the morning we left. I saw an adult bug. After returning home I have over 50 bites and am being treated with steroid creams, We are now having to check our bed daily and was everything over 60 and spray our bed. We won’t know for a while if we have brought the home. The hotel have failed to respond to our emails. It is room 528. I do not wish this on anyone else. The photographs are of day two of steroid treatment. There are many other places I cannot photograph. It is by far my worse experience to date!

Amazing stay with my mates, had such a great time. Staff amazing, food was great, entertainment was class. Loved the water polo! Rooms were sound! Definitely will be coming back!! Special shout out to the entertainment team who were great from start to finish. They made the holiday even better!
