Hotels con internet a Salem

Mentre mio marito e io eravamo in vacanza, abbiamo visto l'uomo di manutenzione usare la chiave per entrare in una stanza mentre l'uomo anziano che lo noleggiava andava al negozio e rubava tutte le sue cose. L'uomo del desk front mixed up le nostre informazioni e mettere i nostri soldi e depositi nella stanza di qualcun altro e cercava di dire che non pagavamo, anche se avevamo i ricevuti, così perdeva il nostro deposito e una signora ha avuto una stanza gratuita per una settimana, guidando su di noi!! State lontani da questo posto, le camere non sono davvero buone e vi sarà rubato un modo o un altro perché alcuni dei lavoratori non sanno cosa stanno facendo o come mettere il nome e il numero corretto di stanza nel computer!!! Non rimarrò mai più lì.

The hospitality here is top notch! Not to mention super comfortable beds, water in fridge waiting for u, great pillows, free Dennys breakfast, great pool, sauna, hot tub, gym…. The list goes on! This management team has thought of everything. I can see why when we arrived the parking lot was packed! Loved our stay.

I made a 4 day reservation a couple weeks in advance through another booking service. I paid in full through the services' app. But on the day I was to be arriving, I had unexpected difficulties, which delayed my ability to leave in time for what would be a 12hr drive. I called but was told they couldn't change the reservation through the app I used and if I wasn't there by 5am it would automatically be cancelled and I would not receive a refund. So, try as I might, I was unable to make it by 5am. I arrived at 7am and knew I was facing the possibility of sleeping in my car. Thankfully, THAT DIDN'T HAVE TO BE! CODY worked with me and the other service to honor my reservation. It was an unexpected blessing. His kindness and hospitality was more than I could have expected . It meant a lot to me since I'm an older woman traveling alone. Thanks so much Cody and staff!!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the new remodel is since our last visit . The room was very clean and beds were so comfortable. The property itself has made a huge improvement. The FD staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We will most definitely be returning.

I was very nervous about booking in the Salem area after reading countless negative reviews. I am glad we booked here. There are some homeless on the outskirts of the wall but nothing disturbing on the property itself while we were there. Honestly they have some strict rules in place here that you have to sign off on so I think people are on their best behavior ... including those 28 day residents ... so they don't lose their room. Overall it is not the top of the line hotel but was quiet and served us well. The full size fridge was a nice bonus as well as space to prep things (counter with sink) and table to dine at. Parking in front of the door made load in and out easy too. Would stay again if in the area.

This is a VERY nice hotel. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, and modern. The restaurant at this hotel was my favorite part of my stay. Wonderful food and drinks, and the breakfast options were fantastic.
