Azaya beach resort è un posto molto bello. Appena si arriva c’è una bellissima accoglienza. Il resort è molto elegante ma allo stesso tempo familiare dove ci si può rilassare. La vera vacanza. Ci sono tutti i confort gestiti da personale estremamente gentile e cordiale. Sachi e Sajana sono state molto carine e accoglienti. Sicuramente torneremo.

5*s! As always, we wish to leave a glowing review for our stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia. We returned here after getting married at this very venue 5 years ago - we wished to come back to reminisce and unwind and it was the most perfect stay of our trip to India. Gita and the rest of the Novotel Staff (Anant, Anjali, Gavin to name just a few) were attentive, super lovely and made us feel as though we had returned home, which was furthered when we also met the General ***ager on our last day. The team pulled out every stop and made us feel extremely welcome and at ease, especially when we landed at midnight - they did everything they could to accommodate us with checkin and a snack before sleeping. The pool, breakfast buffet food service and grounds were excellent - we cannot thank the Novotel Team enough for all their thoughtful details to celebrate our anniversary (including a cake and a personalised, heartfelt card). We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the hotel, the serenity pool and the easy access to the beach - for sure we will be back in the coming years. The team pulled out all the stops for the most memorable and unforgettable stay, we cannot thank you enough - the charm of Dona Sylvia has indeed lived on and will be with us for our whole lifetime. Special shoutout to Gita Ben - you are simply wonderful and we cannot wait to plan our return trip. If you are looking for a place to stay in South Goa, then definitely look no further! This is my second trip with family and all I can say is it is best place around with hygiene, best food, clean beach, positive vibes and most importantly best Service. From arrival to check out the experience is unmatched and staff is very professional and courteous as expected from a 5 star property saying since I have seen very poor management and maintenance in some other South Goa 5 star properties hence I rate Holiday Inn as best resorts around to stay with Family and Friends.
