The hotel occupies one of the most distinctive buildings in St Konstantin and Helena and enjoys taking a central location next to shops and cafes. In fact, the breakfast is served in a local cafe rather than in the hotel itself (although hotel guests can't eat breakfast in the garden for some reason.) The breakfast food was delicious. The reception is polite, rooms are clean. Our room was on the small side (at the expense of large balcony) and the shower and basin are IN the rooms and not in a separate en-suite which means you can only share with people you know very well! ;-) A couple of minor complaints that let the hotel down are the fact that while there is a coffee machine and coffee pods in the room, guests are charged per drink. There is no bottled water (free or paid for) in the mini bar to use to make coffee and there is no provision of milk, nor milk powder. We went to reception to ask for some but they said they don't provide this. The single use shower gel shampoos and miniscule. The lighting is poor around the mirror...there is a hanging light next to the mirror so I can't see to put my make up on. However the fact that access to the Aquahouse Spa is INCLUDED in the room price is a great benefit and compensated for these irritations. Also, had we booked with more notice, the room would have been cheaper. As it happens, we paid a high price for booking at short notice which probably affected how I felt about the Primorski's value for money.

La piscina non era molto pulita e i letti solari non avevano materassi, quindi non erano molto confortevoli. Non erano disponibili asciugamani da piscina. Il cibo era palatabile ma non caldo e il cibo era ordinato dai dipendenti. Inoltre non c'era aria condizionata o WiFi come annunciato. Wi-Fi è solo nella zona principale di accoglienza e la camera era troppo calda per il comfort. La parte più deludente del mio soggiorno a Estreya Palace era che qualcuno si era lasciato entrare nella mia stanza mentre andai a colazione l'ultimo giorno della mia vacanza, e che aveva rubato diversi oggetti, tra cui i miei gioielli. Fate attenzione a ciò che lasciate fuori e assicuratevi che i valori siano tenuti bloccati o in sicurezza.
