Viaggio e ho sempre viaggiato molto sia per lavoro che per piacere e non credevo di riuscire ancora a sorprendermi. Questo hotel è eccezionale e non solo per la bellezza estetica della struttura ma soprattutto per l'offerta e per la qualità delle esperienze e l'incredibile professionalità dello staff. Gentilezza, rapidità nel soddisfare ogni richiesta e presenza costante ma discreta. Una coccola per l'anima che ogni giorno si rinnova. Un hotel sostenibile che ti avvolge con calore dalla spa fino al butler privato per un'escursione sulla montagna. E' questo il vero significato che prende la parola lusso: rispetto, consapevolezza e tempo prezioso per se stessi.

We came to this hotel for the fondue in the Gondala. It was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend. The staff were delightful, all very polite and attentive. The food was delicious, it was clean, very warm and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. The waiter was chatty, smiley and his enthusiasm enhanced our experience. They also provided a driver to take us back down to the town afterwards.

Always available transportation to and from ski slopes and to shops. Very friendly staff at ski shop and front desk.

Decided to go for a spontaneous weekend stay in St. Moritz and stayed in one of the most incredible hotels in the Alps! I loved everything, from A to Z. I also had the best view overlooking the gorgeous frozen St. Moritz lake. The staff is enormously kind, and you can feel the passion of each employee. It didn't feel like a hotel; it felt like I had never left home. THANK YOU!!

A visit to the Sun terrace restaurant in the Carlton Hotel did not impress me. The location is great, the view is fantastic. The food is ok. The service is disaster! But I have to say that the occupancy was less than 50%. First of all, we waited a long time for someone to come pick up the order, after we finished our food, it took more than half an hour for them to come clear the table. We waited about 45 minutes for the tiramisu we ordered... Yes, and let me not forget to mention the confusion when they initially claimed that we did not have a reserved table, although of course we did...

Centrally located and showing spectacular views of the lake, mountains and the city, this hotel will make you feel relaxed and happy. You wouldn’t want to leave when the time comes. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is professional and very helpful. Highly recommended if you want to be spoiled and pampered. One other nice thing is they offer free-of-charge limousine service to the city center or the train station which is very convenient.

We are a family of 4 (2 kids ages 9 and 11)- we just stayed at the Carlton St. Moritz for 3 night and were spoiled more than at any other 5 star hotel we have stayed in so far. We loved the location, amenities, food. ambiance, views, staff… everything. Can’t find one fault. Highly recommend!
