Hotel in zona Art Jed Gallery AG, Saint Moritz

We stayed at St Moritz Youth Hostel for a night after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt. One might think lesser of a hostel as compared to a hotel but after our night stay at St Moritz Youth Hostel, I found myself truly underestimating the service a hostel can offer, much unbeknownst to a general opinion. And we owe thanks to Iris and her team’s wonderful hospitality and service, the stay was a memorable and wonderful experience. It was the last night of our honeymoon trip in Switzerland. Although it was snowy, sheer cold and our skins were shivering from the brr conditions, the kindness and hospitality by Iris and her team who went above and beyond truly, exudes warmth from within, which made our experience an exceptional one. One that would etched in our memories for many decades to come. We felt that this hostel provides extremely good value and is only a 10 mins bus ride away from the train station. The bus stop is right outside the hostel so it’s convenient even with big luggages. We bought 24 hours tickets at the station for the bus ride. Hostel is clean and has a good welcoming vibe. Although we stayed in the shared bathroom, bathroom was clean and near, didn’t have to wait long to use. There was also a basin in the room so it’s quite convenient. You don't have to step out to brush teeth or do any washing. Do bring your own soap, u can borrow a hair dryer from reception. We had dinner at the hostel, it was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful too. I would highly highly recommend this place to stay , you are in safe hands and well taken care of by the awesome team! They are patient and answer all your questions and share with you more about how to get around. St Moritz is a small town, but the experience and takeaways we obtained from our stay, is far greater, significant than the place. This in my opinion, is what you call travelling for an experience, with an experience. Thank you so much to Iris and the team (sorry didn’t manage to get your names!!)!! Superb is an understatement.

La struttura è nuova e comprende diverse sistemazioni, dall'ostello per i più giovani alle camere doppie con bagno privato, oppure mini appartamenti molto comodi per le famiglie. Tutti gli spazi sono perfettamente puliti e sanificati. La colazione è varia e di ottima qualità. Arredamento moderno e funzionale ottimi spazi, bagno delle giuste dimensioni. L'unico problema è il riscaldamento troppo alto (anche al minimo) che non permette di dormire bene. Il bar presente alla reception molto gradevole ma con prezzi proibitivi. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Avete un soggiorno di 4 notti. Sembra che l'hotel sia stato recentemente ristrutturato ad eccellenti standard. Grande camere a aria con letto confortevole, bellissimo lobby spazioso con foto di stile poster della zona sulle scale molto deliziosa. La prima colazione è stata una buona per iniziare il giorno, così come le scelte sani come le solite. La cosa che si è resa evidente sull'hotel è stata la cortesia del personale che sembrava davvero dispiaciuto a aiutare e sembrava che tutti si fossero divertiti con il lavoro. Siamo stati li' durante il fine settimana e il sabato mi sono svegliato con un'arrabbiata tortura. Dopo aver visitato il dipartimento di fronte entro pochi minuti, mi aveva organizzato un appuntamento dentale quella stessa pomeriggio e mi ha detto come arrivare li prendendo lo stress da noi cercando di nascere.

Last week, our team had the pleasure of experiencing a team-building retreat at the beautiful Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz, Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the staff's warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the picturesque Swiss Alps. The hotel manager, Ms. Simone Müller was incredibly nice, friendly, and understanding. She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The attention to detail and commi**ent to quality was evident in this memorable dining experience. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz was genuinely unforgettable. The combination of the hotel's luxurious facilities, the attentive staff, and the enchanting surroundings made for a perfect team-building retreat. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more connected as a team. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Cervus to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the beautiful Swiss Alps.

Very nice view

Un affascinante hotel, camere pulite e moderne. Ci sono 3 ristoranti diversi che sembravano molto carini. Devo tornare la prossima volta, soprattutto alla casa di bicchiere. Abbiamo solo il colazione, che era molto delizioso. Diversi tipi di artigianato fresco e di ZOPF, fresche smoothies, formaggio locale, frutta e molto altro. Il caffè era eccellente (mi piace il buon espresso), ma anche il tè è stato offerto in una vasta varietà. L'omelette era complementare e fatta di formaggio e pomodori di montagna. Possiamo tagliare la crema fresca e asciugata dalla macchina Berkel - molto cool! L'hotel è vicino alla pista di sci nordica e offre una navetta (o 10 minuti a piedi) al resort alpino. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio e per il personale molto gentile. Torneremo di nuovo

Buon Hotel situato in zona tranquilla e soleggiata. Personale estremamente gentile e cortese, fin dall’arrivo. Ampio posteggio all’esterno. Bella spa con sauna, palestra e una piscina dalle dimensioni ragguardevoli. Noi abbiamo preso una camera “bella vista” ma credo che tale fosse in passato, infatti davanti all’hotel, dall’altra parte della strada, si trovano degli edifici cubotoci che portano via un po’ di vista. Non è comunque grave. La stanza è ampia e con un bel balconcino. Bagno grande e -sembra- rinnovato recentemente. Peccato non aver pensato a sostituire la vasca con una doccia un po’ più moderna e comoda. Colazione buona e variata. Per cena siamo stati alla steak house dell’hotel, tutto buonissimo e prezzi onesti. Peccato la mancanza di ventilazione fa si che l’odore della carne servita sulle piastre si impossessi degli abiti i quali poi devono essere inesorabilmente lavati. Una notte in balcone non è servita a nulla. Anche per raggiungere il ristorante, dall’hotel è un labirinto. Magari un cartello all’esterno dell’ascensore da prendere per salire al piano ristorante, non sarebbe una cattiva idea. Il prezzo complessivo non è sei più a buon mercato, ma siamo in Engadina e di fatto è così ovunque.
