Stayed 1nt in a queen room #1001 on 10th floor with a coffee maker, individual controlled air con & also a ceiling fan in Aug & was very cool to sleep. Bathroom had a shower/tub combo with sliding doors. On the same floor is a pool table room & a reading room with tons of books, recliners, a piano & sheet music! On the 8th floor with the ice machine, snack vending machine & drink vending machine, there is also a microwave! The rooms don’t have one but you can go here to heat up your leftovers👍 Free shuttle to/from cardinals game; first departure 1 hr before game. Parking garage is $18 & is in & out. Bring ticket in for reception to validate. & it is Almost attached…just across a one way tiny street from the back entrance..didn’t see an elevator so park on 2nd level if possible(1st floor for “members”) We walked to & from cardinals game & it was quick, easy & safe. We would stay here again if the price was still much better than the other hotels in the area. Also: they have a water bottle refilling station in the lobby (sort of hidden across from check in by the coat check room)

E' stato buono. Non c'è nulla di cui si lamenti, che oggi è superiore alla media. Tutto era pulito, il colazione era esattamente quello che si aspettava e manteneva immagazzinato. AC era a volte alto, ma abbiamo guidato una macchina del rumore e non abbiamo problemi con il sonno. La nostra stanza non era pulita il sabato (siamo rimasti venerdì a domenica). Ho letto che quel fine settimana c'era un colpo di personale di pulizia dell'hotel, quindi forse per questo? Il servizio clienti era buono. Non aspettate che nessuno salta o vada oltre, ma tutti sembravano sapere cosa stava facendo e non ho avuto esperienze negative. Se ho chiesto qualcosa che mi è stato aiutato proprio allora (ho chiesto di cambiare il desk, ho bisogno di aiuto per arrivare al teatro dopo aver perso il mio telefono (utilizza il tizio per cui hanno una carta, Egli ci ha fatto guidare per qualche volta, e ha avuto un prezzo ragionevole e gentile, ha comprato qualcosa nel negozio, e la piscina era occupata, quindi non l'abbiamo usata, e ha visto diversi cani e bambini. Siamo familiari, quindi ci è piaciuto, ma non aveva idea che questo hotel fosse animale domestico amico quando ci siamo prenotati. Non ho visto niente con problemi di pulizia animale domestico. L'hotel aveva il più alto rating (4 su 5 stelle) nella zona. Il teatro che abbiamo visitato è stato esteticamente incredibile!

The location of the hotel was perfect and I liked the fact that they had breakfast and evening kickbacks for free. They also had the pool and fitness center which we didn’t really have time to enjoy and the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. However, it was so hot in that room when we first got there. The air was off and we had to turn it on and it took hours to cool down and it didn’t seem like there was air throughout the rest of the building.

Two of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.

Il soggiorno in hotel è stato fantastico, l'unica cosa che potrei dire a qualcuno che cerca di stare qui è di non parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico dall'altra parte della strada. Parcheggiare nel parcheggio dell'hotel. Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati solo per una notte e abbiamo parcheggiato dall'altra parte della strada in un parcheggio pubblico e abbiamo scassinato la nostra auto. Quella notte sono state fatte irruzione anche diverse altre auto. Questo non era affatto colpa dell'hotel, ma solo un avvertimento equo per chiunque volesse soggiornare lì.

Questa è la peggiore esperienza di hotel che abbia mai avuto. Non c'è colazione disponibile come annunciato. Non c'è ristorante come annunciato; c'è un menu stampato nel bar, ma non serviva. Una delle ragioni per cui mi fermo era la colazione come parte delle mie perche' IHG ricompense. Ero promesso punti per la mancanza di colazione, ma non fu dato nessuno. Guardando le recensioni passate, il colazione è andato da molto tempo nonostante la pubblicità. Inoltre, l'e-mail di istruzioni del parcheggio ha dato il parcheggio sbagliato, che mi ha costato soldi per uscire dal parcheggio nel parcheggio giusto. Non si è nemmeno dato un indirizzo, si è solo fatto girare le istruzioni, e l'accesso è attraverso un lobby bancario, non è stato dato alcuna aggiornamento o perk ai membri di Diamond, in realtà, questo è stato così palesemente ignorato che non ho idea perché nessuno spenderebbe grande con la lealtà all'IHG. Non mi è stato permesso di uscire tardi, nemmeno per 30 minuti. Non ho mai avuto una mancanza di alloggio quando gli ho detto che potevo correre tardi. Infatti, il personale della sera mi ha detto “checking at 12 sarebbe stato bene, ma conferma con il personale mattino” e il personale mattino non ha consentito un minuto dopo 11. Il desk front had a single person working it that caused long lines at the desk. Non mi è stato offerto alcuna soluzione o rimborso per le loro istruzioni di errore sul parcheggio. Il telefono nella stanza non funzionava. In generale, ciò che avrebbe dovuto essere un soggiorno rilassante è finito con il caos. Avrei dovuto leggere più recensioni prima di prenotare. Il check-in è stato facile. La reception non ha spiegato le regole per l'utilizzo della piscina. La camera era pulita e confortevole. La posizione era molto buona, vicino a Union Station. Nessun forno a microonde in camera e il prezzo era un po' troppo.
