I was really disappointed by this hotel. Firstly, there were no hand towels in the bathroom, and no kettle with tea/coffee in the rooms. When I questioned this, I was told they had to differentiate themselves from other grades of hotel within the Accor group, and this three star (!) establishment did not rate either hand towels nor a kettle in the room. Given that they charge €80+ for a single room, and that the Premiere Classe chain, which charges €35-40, does provide hand towels, I thought this was a bit much. When I complained about the fact that one could not make tea in one's room, they informed me that they would be happy to make me a cup of tea if I just asked at the front desk. I did, and they then tried to bill me for this when I eft. Last but not last, the person at the front desk, the one who cam up with all the excuses, called me by first name throughout my stay. Clearly, nobody had ever told him that clients should be addressed as ”Madame” or ”Monsieur. I was invited to stay in this hotel for a job, but would never choose to stay there myself.

Questa è la nostra seconda visita a la Clef des Champs a Montpinchion, Normandy. È possibile ricevere un caloroso benvenuto dai proprietari Valerie e Alban, che parlano entrambi molto bene l'inglese e sono in grado di capire e di capire. La gita è al di fuori del piccolo villaggio di Montpinchion che ha una piccola scuola, bar e chiesa, i negozi più vicini sono una corta auto in Cerrisy du Salle dove c'è una bella pasticceria nella piazza centrale e negozio generale fiorista, banca e altro ancora. Ma tornare alla Gite è estremamente pulito e ben attrezzato con tutto e più di quanto avete bisogno in vacanza. Valerie lascia un bel pacchetto di benvenuto, compreso il vino, cider. Ci sono alcuni elementi essenziali come gli spoglietti lasciati per voi, così come i filtri per il caffè per la macchina del caffè. Il pacchetto informativo è davvero buono, e molto chiaro. Ci sono anche un buon TV, wii fi e giochi da tavolo lasciati per voi. I pavimenti sono scorretti, ma è quello che si aspetta in un vecchio edificio. Ci piaceva guardare il cielo notturno e sparare stelle mentre ci tenevamo sui salmoni. Non abbiamo bambini piccoli, ma c'è un'area di gioco ben attrezzata per bambini e per giovani e vecchi c'è una grande area di petanque con tutto fornito, Alban vi mostrerà come giocare se siete sicuri. Non possiamo raccomandare questa gita abbastanza, per questo siamo tornati, è così tranquillo che tutti abbiamo dormito ogni mattina.
