Very comfortable stay in spacious apartment. Great garden and pool. Excellent breakfast with home-made stuff and a very friendly and helpful Sophie. A chambre d'hote as you imagine it should be. Friendly location with all the Loire chateaus within reach.

This is a wonderful guest house near the city of Tours, France. Our host, Sophie, is just charming and a excellent cook. We did not have the time to experience her French diner, but her baking offerings at breakfast were excellent. She also made jams and yogurts that were great. If you have the opportunity to visit this area of France, then I would highly recommend a stay at La Grande Dimiere.

This is a beautifully kept B and B in a quiet location with secure off road parking. The hostess was very welcoming and the food offering excellent. She has thought of every detail and kindly made special gluten free items for my husband. Our only reservation is that we enjoy meeting other travellers in B and B’s or the host family which is why we choose them in preference to hotels and we ate alone. However we shall surely be back as it’s easy to access the motorway.

This is our second stay. There is always a lovely welcome and a comfortable stay awaits. Spacious room and lovely grounds. Good location to tour the Loire valley and Chateau region. Breakfast is always plentiful with home made jam, marmalades and breads.

My wife and I stayed one night in the smaller (Ronsard) room at La Grange Dîmière. This is an excellent base for visiting chateaux, wineries, and other sites in the mid Loire Valley. The room is ample, with a fine bath. The gardens are lovely, and the large pool is delightful in season. The building is quiet and private with secure parking. Sophie was welcoming and made a delicious breakfast with homemade pastries. She also recommended and made a reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant. We would love to have stayed longer.

Sophie has created the perfect stay. The rooms are excellent, the catering superb and the hospitality wonderful. Sophie can also prepare evening meals on request. The Loire chateaux are on the doorstep.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Sophie est une hôte très agréable. Petit déjeuner fait maison avec beaucoup de délicatesse. Les chambres sont de bons goûts avec les petits détails de déco. La piscine est super. Je recommande vivement ce gîte

Propre et bien organisé, WiFi avec internet et même une tablette à disposition. De la place dans la propriété pour se garer avec un portail automatique. Endroit très agréable de façon générale, tant au niveau de l'emplacement que de l'intérieur. Petit déjeuner au top avec des produits de qualité.

Super accueil de Sophie dans un endroit superbe ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, très bonne literie. La maison est jolie et le jardin très bien entretenu avec une belle piscine. Nos assiettes gourmandes préparées par Sophie étaient… gourmandes et délicieuses ainsi que le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choses faites “maison”. Je recommande absolument!
