Nostra prima esperienza in questa casa; la location è sublime, camere belle. La spiaggiata privata è un punto in più. Staff sempre efficiente, ma se sorridesse di più...sarebbe al top. Diciamo che si fregia di 5 stelle ma non le merita. E' più un ottimo 4. Un 5 stelle è qualcosa di diverso in termini di servizio e attenzione. Pero ripeto andarci tranquillamente a occhi chiusi perché e favoloso.

È' la terza volta che veniamo in questo resort e vi torneremo ancora. Bungalow e villette in bellissima posizione con vista mare. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. La spiaggia piccola ma ben tenuta e perfetta. È l'unico hotel 5 stelle di tutta Guadalupa e le merita tutte.

We discovered La Toubana during our 2-night stay at the hotel. We enjoyed a magnificent room, tastefully decorated, with a magnificent view of the sea, and a private swimming pool. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We also had the opportunity to discover the hotel's two superb restaurants, offering excellent dishes served by top-quality staff. Last but not least, the beach seduced us with a unique and very comfortable setting to spend a day. An unforgettable experience that we'll be recommending to everyone around us.

We have stayed in beautiful hotels in a number of beautiful locations around the world, but none have been as good as La Toubana. We stayed in one of the sea view villas and this was simple but comfortable, in keeping with the feel of the hotel in general. The service in all areas of the hotel was exceptional and all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The setting of the hotel is gorgeous, laid out over a hillside leading down to a beautiful protected beach. While the path down to the beach is steep, there is a golf cart to take you back up and the staff are only too happy to do so. The food and drink are of a high standard, and this really was a holiday I could not fault in any meaningful way.

Guadeloupe is a bit off the beaten path for American travelers, so we weren't quite sure what to expect on our recent trip. But we were very pleasantly surprised by La Toubana. The grounds are beautiful, we loved our spacious villa accommodations, the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were extremely welcoming. The beach area, though not large, is designed in such a way that there is ample seating, and we spent many happy hours lying by the water, taking in the sun and the breezes. From what we could tell, La Toubana is definitely a step above the other hotels on Grande Terre, the part of Guadeloupe with large beach resorts. Combining a stay at La Toubana with a few days on Basse-Terre -- the more verdant half of Guadeloupe -- was, for us, the perfect way to experience this Caribbean island.

The room didn't have any water. And the staff said there was nothing they could do. Don't stay here! Its a beautiful property but when the toilet doesn't flush, there is no water for the shower and the staff lies repeatedly that it will be fixed soon you just have to find a new hotel to stay in.

An excellent location , stunning views , very friendly stuff , great breakfast, dinner - could be better , same for lunch . The beach is amazing , it has white sand . They got me a hair dresser to come to my room and they organized yoga for me . The tours were all booked through the hotel but it was Chris**as week . Would come back again . I highly recommend it.

I discovered with wonder this incredible place which although it is a luxury hotel remains relatively accessible, it decorates the landscapes and the staff my particularly surprised I think of this young man of the name of "Baptiste" who marked me by his optimism his energy and his good will thank you very much I recommend this place and would come back for this magnificent welcome.
