Hotels con pick-up a Saint-Cyr-l＇Ecole

Réservation confirmée, mail de mise à disposition du logement, arrivée sur place 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Ont se présente à la réception et là la réceptionniste nous annonce que l'appartement n'est pas dispo. Elle nous propose 2 appartements sans communication et je lui dit, on fait comment avec nos enfants ? La réponse de la réceptionniste est, debrouiller sa ne me regarde pas. C'est pas mon problème... On commande une ”FERRARI ” et on vous livre une ”2 CV”. Un manque d'empathie monstrueux de cette personne. Comment faire avec 2 enfants, le soir à 19h00 ? Reprendre une nouvelle location... Mais bien sûr sans aucun geste commercial de leurs parts... Une signalisation de l'établis*****t sera déposée aux autorités compétentes en la matière. Franchement fuyez cette enseigne... Lamentable, à bannir...

La stanza era più piccola di quanto si poteva aspettare, ma il sistema di autocontrollo è conveniente se non si conosce l'ora dell'arrivo. Il ristorante lungo la strada era molto buono.

Situato a meno di 500 metri dall'entrata del Palazzo di Versailles, e con una bella selezione di ristoranti intorno all'angolo, questo hotel non può essere meglio situato. L'hotel è situato in una tranquilla strada, ma la stanza che ho soggiornato era piuttosto piccola, ma più che sufficiente per le mie esigenze. Il bagno era ben organizzato, ma l’apertura per entrare e uscire dal doccia era un po’ sul lato stretto, il letto era molto confortevole e ideale per riposare dopo un giorno di esplorazione dei giardini di Versailles. L'unica cosa che mancava nella stanza era un sistema di aria condizionata, ma questo era stato compensato da un ventilatore forte, che aveva come previsto e ben conservato con una buona selezione di succhi di frutta. La ciliegia sopra la torta, tuttavia, è il personale. La gente alla reception era molto amichevole e utile e faceva sentire i loro ospiti a casa. Mi hanno anche prestato un cavo per caricare il mio telefono dopo aver perso il mio. Raccomando questo bellissimo piccolo hotel, e rimarrò lì la prossima volta che visiterò Versailles.

Hotel collocato in una stradina tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla reggia di Versailles e vicinissimo a ristoranti e bar, non è dotato di una reception ma di un piccolo ufficio a sinistra della porta d’ingresso (presidiato saltuariamente non ho compreso se il personale è presente in orari prestabiliti) Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una camera doppia poco spaziosa dove il grande letto (comodo) occupava l’intero spazio, ben arredata in stile minimalista a tinte vivaci (confortevole). Nella stanza è presente una TV a schermo piatto (solo canali francesi), radio, un vassoio di cortesia con tè e caffè, non è dotata di aria condizionata (abbiamo dormito con la finestra del bagno aperta). Il wifi gratuito non era funzionante. Il bagno funzionale di dimensioni medie con una doccia grande e moderna con la presenza di set di cortesia e phon. La colazione non è compresa è a pagamento in struttura al costo di 13 euro cosi come la tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco. Non dotato di parcheggio. La ragazza al check in estremamente cortese.

L'hôtel et la chambre très propre rien à dire. Le personnel est très aimable et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais j'ai connu mieux. L'installation est parfaite, juste à côté du château de Versailles et à proximité d'un restaurant excellent à moindre coût. Je recommande.

They should be really coming for this hotel!! The staff was so friendly - we were offered infused water and croissants upon arrival. Parking available gated and free. Clean rooms with a great design and a proper size. Now why am I so satisfied with this hotel ? The breakfast!! The a**osphere was awesome the quality of food great and there are so many different choices… loved it! Hope to come back soon :)

Trouvé par hasard en cherchant sur le net. Tout d'abord un accueil téléphonique très agréable. En arrivant l'accueil physique est tout aussi sympathique. Les chambre sont propres, avec de nombreux rangements, télé et internet. Un prix de 82euro la nuit pour deux personne n'est pas volé. Cependant et comme de plus en plus malheureux à ce prix le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus. Mais cela n'est pas très grave, on peux le rajouter.... Bonap...

Molto buon hotel, il colazione è molto qualitativo con diverse scelte della vera e propria pasta come si sarebbe utilizzato a casa era caldo. Il personale d’accoglienza è molto gentile e molto paziente perché abbiamo avuto un problema sul numero di prenotazione e hanno cercato di trovare una soluzione per 50 minuti e si è finalmente riuscito a vedere una camera senza che l’agente paresse agitato. La mia camera era molto pulita e confortevole, nessun rumore non si è svegliato, il personale non torna nella stanza anche se si parte alle 12:03 invece delle 12:00 non si sente gettare fuori (che accade quasi in tutti gli hotel). La sala da pranzo è pulita gli ascensori, i corridoi, le microonde tutto è pulito! In ogni caso era un soggiorno top grazie; torneremo!

The cleaning was not done properly, the fridge that was in the room was dirty and there were small black spots on the moldings and at the bottom of the fridge. As if you had forgotten to clean it, there was hair in the toilet. I wonder if it can be a 3 star hotel. The pictures are also deceiving, as they are so photoshopped and the surroundings look like the pictures that it is almost out in a forest garden. There was also one of the receptionists who was a bit rude. We came for breakfast approx. 30 - 45 minutes before the buffet's closing time. But no more breakfast was filled up, so we had to take what was left. We even asked if it was possible to get a napkin, but they refused to give it and we were directed to get it ourselves from the toilet. All in all, a disappointing experience, and the acoustics were quite bad, as you could clearly hear some guests talking late into the night, out in front of the hotel, of course there must be room for that for the guests, but the windows/walls cannot hold the sound back is not optimal.
